It is the second largest plateau freshwater lake in Yunnan Province. Because its lake shape curve is like an ear, it is vividly called 'Erhai'. The area of Erhai is about 252 square kilometers, and the 'coastline' is about 130 kilometers. It takes at least one day to travel around, and it is recommended to divide the tour into east and west lines. The east line is the east sea line occupied by Shuanglang, Wase and other places, and the west line is the west Erhai ecological corridor on the side of Dali Ancient City. When playing in Erhai, it is best on sunny days. The Erhai on sunny days is particularly beautiful. Seagulls from Siberia come here every winter. Continuing northward, you can see a vast forest by the sea when passing through Majiu Village. The third stop is Xizhou, surrounded by paddy fields and flower seas, where you can stroll through the ancient town and taste delicious food. After resting, continue on to Shuanglang, known as 'the town with the best view of Cangshan and Erhai'. Located on the east side of the lake, Shuanglang has an unbeatable view, with Cangshan Mountain and Erhai Lake in sight. Shuanglang is so beautiful, just like a fairyland, much more beautiful than Haixi~ The sunshine sprinkles down with flowers, very dreamy~✨ - Shuanglang Ancient Town is really much more enjoyable to visit than Dali Ancient Town! You can also go to the cliff by the sea, but be careful, there's no fence, be careful not to fall into the water. 3️⃣ Drink coffee On the way to the Sun Palace, in the alley by the seaside, there's a coffee shop, 28 RMB per person, enjoying the sea breeze, drinking coffee, very pleasant, and there are swings, flowers, and other photogenic props, it's quite comfortable to sit there in the afternoon. 4️⃣ Take photos in the flower sea Navigate to Nanzhao Island, don't take a boat to the island, the road is covered with a beautiful sea of flowers.
