Zhaxidao Temple

Located on the Tashi Peninsula on the shore of Namco Lake, it is a small Tibetan Buddhist monastery belonging to the Gelu (Huangjiao), where the main sacrifice of Namco goddess is the starting point for all pilgrims who turn to the lake.

When I passed by the Tashi Island Temple, I saw that the temple door had opened, so I went in and saw the scenery in the temple. The huge temple is empty and there are few tourists, and only a few monks are busy cooking. The rows of small pagodas outside the temple and rows of prayer wheels along the temple walls can imagine the grandeur at that time. The hill bag on the top of the temple can be climbed up, which is the best place to watch the panoramic view of Namco.
