Pingyao Old Street

On the second day of the New Year, I went to "Jingshan Temple" to burn incense and worship Buddha. By the way, I went to "Pingyao Old Street" to visit. It was much better than I thought. There were many lanterns. If I went at night, I would look better.

Bottle kiln, ancient called Ting City, Southern Song Dynasty Xianyu Lin'anfu Zhi recorded "Ting City Mountain in the north of the town, the village under the mountain is named after the mountain". The Song Dynasty Ting City Shannan Jian Kiln burned pottery bottles, originally called Kiln Mountain, Ting City Village was named bottle kiln. Pingyao is located in the northern suburbs of Hangzhou, with a long history, with Liangzhu Ancient City Ruins Park, Hangzhou National Version Hall and other attractions listed on the World Heritage List, as well as a batch of intangible cultural heritage such as Liangzhu Jade Carvings and Yuhang Paper Umbrella Production.

The cliff statue on the south mountain of Pingyao Town, Yuhang District, Hangzhou City, was carved by monks of Puning Temple, Nanshan, Baiyunzong, a Buddhist in the Yuan Dynasty, stretching hundreds of meters, and only the statue is still there. In ancient times, it was a quarry, the rock wall was exposed, and after the quarry, there were thousands of cliffs on the mountain, like axes, and the statue was carved on the wall. From a distance, a tall and solemn statue was spectacular.

The environment is acceptable, suitable for strolling in the evening, a few streets, people come and go, endless.

Pingyao Old Street is located in Liangzhu, Hangzhou. It is a new town that has been around for a long time. It is based on the development of Liangzhu Ruins Park. The old street is also built with tourism characteristics. The parking lot is basically perfect. There is a silk museum here. There are various ancient early hearts. There are Jiangnan specialties. There are not many tourists. The small bridge and flowing water are unique, and the architecture is different from the traditional ancient town of Jiangnan.
