Located on the newly built viewing platform above the Kaohsiung Okayama Agongdian Reservoir, the tower is shaped like a piano head. The overall appearance is like a fine-shaped harp. The transparent viewing platform hanging above the top can overlook the entire high-screen plain, with a wide view and beautiful scenery.
