Last year, I wasn't sure that it hadn't resumed as a cafe yet, but when I went there this year, the cafe was reopening, so I was happy and visited. The nostalgic interior of the store did not change from before, so I drank coffee slowly in the calm store. I left the store in mind that I could continue to open forever.

Although it is a store, it can be seen that it was a considerable wealthy merchant at that time considering that it was built in Western-style stone. It is currently a historic building designated by Otaru City, and it is a building that won the Otaru City Landscape Award.
