Xianjiyan

Xianjiyan Mountain is located in Jingmei area, also known as "Xizizikou Mountain", with an altitude of 144 meters. Legend has it that Lu Dongbin, one of the Eight Immortals, once left footprints here, making Xianjiyan famous. Today, there are about 1.9 kilometers of hiking trails built on the mountain. The whole line is about 3.5 kilometers and the walking time is about 2 hours. From the archway of Lane 243, Jingmeixing Road, go up the stairs, after the 78-step Changshou Ladder and the 100-step Dengxian Slope, there is a dense green trail. There are lush vegetation along the way, and there are many pavilions for resting or viewing the scenery. It will never be too tired to walk, and it is particularly cool in summer. The view on the mountain is very good. On the big rock of Xianjiyan on the top of the mountain and Xianyan Temple, you can overlook the street scene of Taipei Basin, which makes you feel comfortable.
