Zichendian Ruins

The Palace of the Zixuan is the third main palace on the central axis of the Daming Palace. It is the main palace of the inner dynasty, where the emperors of the Tang Dynasty discuss state affairs every day. At that time, only important officials with five products and less than five products were eligible to be called into the Palace of the Zixuan (called "entering").

The Palace of Zixuan also held a banquet to see the Siyi Junchang and foreign envoys, celebrating major military victories, and holding the examination and other activities. The palace base is nearly 50 meters wide from the north to the south, and the site of the palace is more damaged. Only a part of the earthen foundation remains in the east and only a fragment of earthen foundation in the west.

The third hall is the inner hall of the Daming Palace, also known as the "Inner Dynasties", where the courtiers meet the emperor, known as the "Enter the Pavilion". The general discussion between the emperors is mostly in this hall, so it is also called the Temple of Heaven.

Zi Chen Dian Ruins are located inside of Daming National Heritage Park in that part which requires fee for admission. The site itself is pretty interesting. Good.

I came to Xi'an for six days in May 9-14. On the 10th, I bought a package ticket on Trip.com and visited the Daming Palace National Ruins Park; I took a sightseeing bus in the park and passed the Zixuan Palace site. Seeing the "relict site", I thought ~~~~~~?
