The stalagmite park is an open park. The whole park is shady with green grass, dense old trees, and rippling blue water on the side of the official pavilion. What is striking in the park is the stalagmite, a provincial cultural relics protection unit. The stalagmite is about 4 meters high and is made up of seven sections of granite of different sizes. The cone tapers from bottom to top and is pointed and bald. The stalagmite existed in the Northern Song Dynasty, and in the Southern Song Dynasty, Wang Shipeng wrote a poem with the sentence "Citong is the city and the stalagmite is the bamboo shoot". Because of the existence of stalagmites, the main stream of Jinjiang River flows through this section called Sun River, and the bridge across the river is called "Stalagmite Bridge", which is also a municipal-level cultural relics protection unit. Another landscape in the park is the municipal-level cultural relics protection unit "Jieguan Pavilion", which was built in the Song Dynasty. In the palace, there are a pair of couplets inscribed by the calligrapher Zhang Ruitu in the Ming Dynasty, a stele inscription by Li Guangjin, a scholar in the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, and a portrait of Guanyin Dashi, a collection of the handwriting of Wang Xizhi by Zhang Yunqu, a famous pontoon bridge. The four paintings, as well as the wood carvings of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, are all historical and precious cultural relics. In the park, cultural relics and historical sites such as Gantang Bridge, Guishan Bridge and Tangyin Bridge (commonly known as "Three Bridges") can be seen everywhere.
