Wushao Mountain Range Review

Wushenling is located in the middle of Tianzhu Tibetan Autonomous County, Wuwei City, Gansu Province, and belongs to the southeast end of Lenglongling, the northern branch of Qilian Mountains. It is the natural boundary between the Lenglong Mountains and the Hexi Corridor, and the boundary between the semi-arid area and the arid area. It is also the westernmost point of the East Asian monsoon. East and West are about 17 kilometers long, north and south are about 10 kilometers wide, the main peak is 3562 meters above sea level, and the average annual temperature is -2.2℃. Zhishu has a description of Wushuling as "snow in midsummer, cold and shin bone", which is an important pass from the Hexi Corridor to Chang'an on the ancient Silk Road.

In the eight deserts of China, there are two pieces between the Hou set plain and the Xi set plain. There is one on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. The remaining five pieces are all west of Wuxuanling. It is a desert and Gobi coexisting in the sea, and it is also a different kind of world that is very different from the Loess Plateau. The long river sunset, the autumn wind, Huma flute, all leaked and the Middle-earth style completely different exotic colors, the main reason for this regional difference should be Wushuling.

The loess plateau and the Hexi corridor are not seamless docking, and there is a Land Rover called Wushuling in the middle. Before Zhangye chiselled to the west, people did not know that there was such a passage to the west of the Yellow River, and they did not know that the end of the corridor was the west. The situation on the other side of the mountain was basically black, and they knew nothing. Everything seemed so mysterious. The root reason is because of the existence of this Wushenling. When the Qilian Mountains on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau are close to the Yellow River, they extend three main branches on both sides, namely Laji Mountain and Daban Mountain on both sides of the Lishui Valley, and Wushenling, which extends east. Wushuling pulled the Qilian Mountains at one end, and the other was connected to the Tengger Desert, just outside the loess plateau,

The non-monsoon zone, which is the area west and north of the geographical dividing line, is blocked by the Himalayas, and the Indian Ocean can't pass water vapor at all, while the Pacific Ocean can only reach Wushuling, the easternmost tip of Qilian Mountain.

The starting point of the Hexi Corridor is also the first barrier for Central Plains to enter the Hexi area. The wind is cold all year round. The overturn is very difficult, and there is an introduction in the travel history of the west. Warm and humid air flow is blocked here, forming a large-scale rainfall may be possible.
