Haining Yanguan Ancient Town is a historic town in Haining City, Zhejiang Province, China, with a long history and splendid culture. Recently, I was fortunate to visit this ancient town and feel its unique charm. When I stepped into the gate of Haining Yanguan Ancient Town, I felt like I had returned to ancient times through the time tunnel. The whole ancient town retains the architectural style of the Ming and Qing Dynasties, with lanes crisscrossed and stone roads built, giving people a sense of returning to ancient times. I walked slowly along these ancient lanes, admiring the ancient houses and shops along the way, and feeling the precipitation of history. The most famous attractions in the ancient town are the salt official hall. The salt official hall was built to commemorate the ancient salt official and is also a symbol of the ancient town culture. The temple is preserved with a large number of historical relics and precious ancient documents, which makes me more deeply understand the historical status and cultural connotation of the salt officials. Entering the temple, I seem to feel the majesty and wisdom of the salt officials in that year, and my heart is in awe. In addition to the Yanguan Temple, I also visited other monuments in the ancient town, such as Guanqiao, Gujing, etc. These monuments have an important position in the hearts of local residents and are regarded as symbols of the town. I stood on the Guanqiao overlooking the surrounding scenery, and my heart was full of peace and beauty. In addition to history and culture, Haining Yanguan Ancient Town is also known for its unique salt culture. Salt, as one of the most important materials in ancient times, brought great prosperity to the ancient town. Today, this unique salt culture is still passed on in the ancient town. I visited the local salt mill, saw the crystal clear and production process of salt, and felt the significance of salt to the ancient town more deeply.
