Built in the Ming Dynasty Wanli 34 years (1606), the first name of Yongchang, later changed the name, Qing Qianlong first year (1736) rebuilt, Jiangsu Province cultural relics protection unit. The tower is a wooden pavilion-style building with seven floors and eight sides, carved under the gold steel lux and gate god, one of the oldest buildings in the water.
