Maybe it's me. I've lived in Southeast Asia for quite a bit, so I know Asian Cuisine. I was expecting more authenticity but Ginyuu unfortunately is "just another" of those fusion restaurants who try to do it all but aren't particularly good at any. Restaurant concept is very similar to Vapiano, which I guess is how they manage to stay in a medium range (price wise). If you like sushi, do not have it here. The curries and noodles are OK though. I wish I could give a more positive review as the staff were really nice and you could see they were trying. Would I come again? Probably not. But then again - are there any better places in Stuttgart for Asian food? I'm not sure.
