Zhanjiang Mangrove National Nature Reserve

The main protection target of mangroves in Zhanjiang, Guangdong is the mangrove ecosystem, which is an area with more mangrove species in my country except Hainan Island. The reserve is divided into 72 protected areas, which are distributed in strips along the coast of Leizhou Peninsula in Guangdong Province. There are 24 species of mangroves, 82 species of birds such as cranes, storks, and herons, as well as rich shallow sea biological resources. In addition to enjoying the spectacular mangrove landscape, tourists also have the opportunity to taste special delicacies such as large meat crabs raised by local villagers, local pigs grown up eating seafood, local ducks and sea duck eggs.
