There are two floors, with rooms and a chess and card room on the second floor, and a living room and kitchen on the first floor. The facilities around the community are not very comprehensive. It takes 20 minutes to walk to eat. It is a small town at the foot of the mountain. Supermarkets, banks, and breakfast shops are basically next to each other. It is still okay if you are just here for a pure rest and vacation.
