    I am glad that the Kyoto Ecology Center (Kyoto City Environmental Conservation Activity Center) has no admission fee for both adults and children. This was established in 2002 to commemorate the Kyoto Conference on Global Warming Prevention (COP3). I learned that the standard shower head and the water saving shower head are about 15,000 yen a year, and the utilities cost is different.
