Lexian Hall

Lexiantang was built in Qing Kangxi for 38 years and covers an area of about 400 mu. It is a five-story structure on the third floor, which is a typical Huizhou building in the early Qing Dynasty. The door was closed when I first passed by, and later opened. The air conditioner was very cool inside. There was a large stage and a lot of seats were provided to watch the performance.

Hongcun Lexiantang did not open the door, in that many shops selling food on the street. Hongcun is basically residential.
