I absolutely loved my stay at Yunhai Yuxi Hotel Apartment! The room was spotless, so clean and beautifully maintained. It felt incredibly cozy, with a calm, home-like atmosphere that made it hard to leave. The view from the apartment was stunning day or night, it’s something you’ll always remember. What really made the experience special was the owner and the staff at the reception, so gentle, kind, and genuinely hospitable. From the warm welcome to the small thoughtful gestures throughout our stay, it felt less like checking into a hotel and more like being cared for by friends. And honestly, for the quality, comfort, and experience, the price is far below the value you get here. It’s a hidden gem that deserves more recognition. Highly recommended I’ll definitely stay again! 🌸

The room view is absolutely amazing, offering a panoramic view of Gulangyu Island! It's also incredibly quiet at night, which is great for sleeping. The on-duty front desk staff are super helpful; they have both day and night shifts, and their responses are always prompt! The two beds can accommodate four people, but it would be even better if there were two more seats for the sofa bench.

Came to Xiamen to see the sea and stayed at this apartment. It was a really heartwarming experience. First off, the hygiene was impeccable, and secondly, the price was very affordable for most people, around a hundred yuan, which is incredible value for money. The provided dryer was particularly practical; it meant I didn't have to carry a bunch of extra clothes while traveling, which was super convenient. Downstairs, there's a shopping area, making it easy to get around. The owner's service was also very warm and appropriate. Overall, a very comfortable experience.

Facilities: The apartment is well-equipped, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. Cleanliness: The room was clean and hygienic, with no strange odors. Environment: The apartment is very close to the airport, just a few minutes' drive away. Taxis are also very convenient, and there's a shopping mall nearby, so food and drinks are easily accessible. Service: The service was excellent, and the airport pick-up service was great; just contact the owner in advance. They also responded promptly to any issues. The room was very spacious and offered great value for money.

Fantastic sea-view hotel! The floor-to-ceiling windows offer an absolutely stunning view, and the sunset over the sea is breathtaking. The room is clean and comfortable, making for an amazing stay. A must-stay when you're in Xiamen! Plus, all the amenities are single-use, which is great. Highly recommend!

Perks: Near a big shopping centre, convenience stores galore, plenty of affordable places to eat, very close to the metro station, there is a gorgeous park 5~7 min walk from the flat. Many public bicycles to choose from (although with a foreign passport, only the blue bikes named Hello bike are available). The room is gorgeous, with half of the room fitted with windows. Being on the 17th floor, the scenery is gorgeous. You can see the beautiful mountains surrounding parts of the area. The flat is clean, with a kettle available, 2 free bottles of water, toilet paper, towels, free toiletry. There is a big fridge with freezer compartment in the kitchen. Comfortable bed. There is a big wardrobe with plenty of hangers. Free washing machine is a PLUS! Downsides: Being on the 17th floor, it takes ages to go up and down..You have to queue to access the lifts. The flat is noisy (the rain in itself, when touching the windows), the neighbours (I don't think the neighbours were particularly noisy, just the building having thin walls and ceilings/floors): You can hear the kid upstairs running, the next door neighbour singing etc. There is also a machine (couldn't figure out what it was) right next to the washing machine, it makes a loud noise 24/7, like a boiler.

I stayed at this hotel in Xiamen back in 2017, when it had just opened, and I was really impressed with both the room facilities and the service. For this family trip, I specifically chose to come back here. The location is super convenient, right next to Powerlong One Mall, and most importantly, I honestly couldn't find another place with better value for money for this two-bedroom type (in my opinion)! However, I have to admit the rooms are definitely showing their age. And for some reason, this room type had a strong smell. We switched to another room which was a bit better, but there was still a musty odor. The staff's service attitude was impeccable, though. I guess it's all about the value for money here.

Good: very closed by train station like 8 mins walk. Front counter lady was helpful. Price was a deal. Bad: cleaning is not done well, we found empty cigarette box under the bed. Provided plastic slippers were extremely dirty which we don't dared to use. Bathroom is very small jam with toilet, open shower and washing machine in approx 16sf room. Therefore, the toilet and washing machine gets wet after every use of shower. Since there was only disposable towels provided (large paper towel), we can't even use it to wipe the toilet dry. Although it's closed by Xiamenbei train station, keep in mind, it's far from tourist place in case you want to visit. It takes almost an hour by subway.

This is the landmark of the Xiamen city. View is superb and neighbourhood is nice with Lot of young people. I booked High Rise apartment but for some reason I got apartment in lover possible level. It’s more than 50 floor high building but I got room in 18th floor. As well room size was Not like described. I asked non smoking room but got room with smoke smell and ashtray was included. Bed was hard like stone and cinema asked for administrator. Check in needed calling for landlord and without any Chinese skills it may be difficult. As well landlord asked us to register ourselves thru app and it was as well only Chinese. Not easy for foreigners. After my complaint landlord gave another apartment what was in 50th floor and bed was much more softer. Thank you for that. Strange was that normal towels were not included. Instead of normal towels there were some strange disposable towel. Building himself is almost new but some mouldering is visible and that is not nice. As well the windows were a bit dirty.

房間整體都可以，適合一家幾口帶上小孩長者，各自有一間房子，最滿意就是看了幾場煙花，燒了有十多分鐘，不知道是公寓安排還是個人在那燒，反正這個煙花另入住體驗感加分不少。 設施：冰箱太小而且衹是保鮮，沒速凍功能，自備食物不太方便， 衞生：乾淨很好 環境：地下車庫通往公寓電梯方向太黑了，燈光衹有幾處感應燈而且是很暗的，建議換大點瓦數的燈！ 服務：早餐春節期間年初三早上吃基本沒什麼吃，品種少，入住人多，估計是員工放假了，人員忙不過來公寓沒合理安排好，而且是很早7點多就去到吃已經沒多少了。年初四就很好了，品種多不斷增加食物！
