Excellent hotel location. The fully equipped kitchen, ironing board with iron, and hairdryer are all available. If you need anything, you can contact staff via WhatsApp, and it will be delivered quickly. The room was clean and spacious. Nice pool and jacuzzi, plus a well-equipped gym. Upon check-in, we were asked for a 200 RM refundable deposit, but only in cash. We had a pleasant stay.

The route to the hotel is a bit strange, but overall it looks good. But check the accommodation before coming.

Very kind receptionist in lobby, who assisted my dad from the seat when noticing him having difficulties to get up. The unit was very clean, though a little bit of smell in toilet, i think it’s due to the piping system of high-rise building. Nice front room with city view. The another room besude entrance is a bit crowded. No wardrobe/clothes hanger, only coat stands. Convenient location with various local eateries in walking distance. Value for the money.

The front desk offers luggage storage, and the location is quite convenient. The room has two separate bedrooms, so you won't disturb each other while sleeping; one bedroom is larger than the other. There's a convenience store in the lobby on the first floor. If you're staying for consecutive nights, there's no cleaning service in between. The price is quite reasonable.

Regarding the location, you'll need to call a Grab for everything. It's so hot that walking to the nearest restaurant for breakfast in the morning takes over ten minutes, and by the time you get there, you're already drenched in sweat. We knew this beforehand, though. There's a convenience store downstairs, but it's not cheap. We bought a 5L bottle of water for RM30. As for the room, we booked a suite with two bedrooms and a living room. Each bedroom had a double bed, and there was also a double bed in the living room. One of the bedrooms had an en-suite bathroom, and the other bathroom was shared with the living room. The amenities were quite basic. The bathrooms had shower gel and shampoo, and the water heater was hot enough, but you had to figure out how to use it first. There was an ironing board and iron in the unit, but we didn't use them. There was a washing machine, washing powder, an induction cooker, a pot, a frying pan, large bowls, plates, cutlery, a dining table, and three chairs. We did laundry, and there was enough space to hang clothes, as we could hang them in the bathroom and living room. The worst part was having only three chairs. It's advertised for six people, but with only three chairs, one person always had to stand when we ate together. There were four of us staying there. The toilet paper provided by the host was barely enough. We ended up using our own tissues too. Since we stayed for five nights and often brought takeout back to eat, the rubbish bags weren't sufficient. We had to contact someone to get more. Bath towels were provided in the room, and the pool and gym on the 11th floor were open during the day. We didn't have any children with us, but the facilities on the 11th floor looked like they could keep kids entertained for half a day.

The location is fantastic! This apartment is right next to Gleneagles Hospital, and you can walk to Island Hospital in about 5 minutes. The view is absolutely stunning – truly the best! It can accommodate up to 6 people, making it quite cost-effective. 👍👍👍

Easy and clear self check in instructions provided. Rooms are clean and as described. Walking distance to gurney paragon. Comfortable stay,will come back again in future.

My first stay in Tanjong Tokong, Penang was a wonderful experience! The hotel was exceptionally clean, Muslim-friendly, and offered convenient free parking. I also appreciated that the Smart TV was fully functional, which made my stay even more comfortable. The service provided by the staff was excellent, and I truly felt welcomed throughout my stay. Thank you for such a pleasant and aesthetically beautiful hotel experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and look forward to staying here again!

The hotel's location is excellent, about two kilometers from the city center. It's roughly a 10 MYR taxi ride to attractions like Mural Street and surrounding malls in the city center. Taxis to larger, more upscale malls would be around 20-30 MYR. Within a few hundred meters of the hotel, there are countless food stalls and durian stands, making it incredibly convenient for finding food. The hotel rooms are clean, but I found the beds to be a bit short; taller individuals might feel cramped. Overall, it's comparable to a Jinjiang Inn in China. The gym on the 36th floor offers a good experience, but the rooftop pool's water quality isn't great – it's really only suitable for taking photos and enjoying the panoramic views of Penang. This hotel is a good option for families on a budget who prioritize cleanliness and convenience.

The room was spacious and the location was excellent, making it easy to get to the attractions. There's a rooftop pool, and the room offered great city views and a glimpse of the sea in the distance. It was definitely worth it, and the hotel's luggage storage service was also very thoughtful.
