GGuest UserThe staff is really nice except Nicholas from font desk was really rude and unprofessional just because I was asking to update to add one person that I will paid the difference he start screaming a me and didn’t let me talk it was really unpleasant all other staff are excellent Jose, Antonio and Irving was really friendly and also the animation team like Ronald is great from the bartender Luis Roberto from the restaurant and Juana all of them are great

GGuest UserIt was very nice everything was almost perfect something needs to be done to the beach to clean it up it is such a shame that you can half in the water because of that too much moss and that is a shame of the blue clear water only half body such a shame

GGuest UserThe hotel was gorgeous! Very beautiful and clean. The check-in clerk was very helpful! We could see that there were several activities available, such as multiple pools and the beach, but unfortunately weren't staying long enough to take advantage of many of them. We did enjoy lunch on a restaurant built on a pier over the ocean with absolutely beautiful views!
