The room was spotless, and the service was excellent, especially RATA, the lovely lady at the front desk who checked me in. She was so kind and upgraded my room when she saw I was checking in late at night with a child. She's beautiful inside and out, and incredibly efficient – I had my room key within five minutes of checking in. Unfortunately, I overslept the next morning and missed breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The room itself was great, though I found the number of mirrors a bit unusual. Getting to the city center from the hotel is convenient with the shuttle bus, but I was in a hurry and didn't take it. The gentleman at the luggage storage was also very helpful and friendly, advising me on how to take public transport to the city. My only suggestion would be for the shuttle bus frequency to be increased. Otherwise, everything was perfect. I'm very satisfied with this level of service, especially in a place like Hong Kong where space is at a premium. I'd definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. Service: Five stars Environment: Five stars Cleanliness: Five stars Facilities: Five stars Free shuttle bus service to/from the hotel, Hong Kong International Airport, and Tung Chung (seats first-come, first-served): Hope it can be more frequent

In a word: dated. While the hotel claims to have been renovated in 2019, the reality suggests otherwise. From the moment you step into the corridor, it feels like a time capsule from the 1990s - a feeling that is only confirmed once you enter the room. The room showed significant signs of neglect: peeling wallpaper, a deteriorating bathroom ceiling, a stained bathtub, and heavily worn furniture. To make matters worse, there was a persistent ”old” odor throughout the space. The only saving grace is the location, which is likely why most people choose this property. However, location alone doesn't justify the lack of maintenance.

The location is super convenient for Wan Chai District Government offices and the Immigration Tower, just a few minutes' walk away! The breakfast selection is great, and the service is professional. It's excellent value for money during the off-peak season. The room space is very well utilized, and the sea view rooms offer a good perspective.

The room size is quite spacious for Hong Kong standards. The hotel's location is excellent, with a shopping complex right downstairs, making shopping very convenient. The airport shuttle bus stops directly at the hotel entrance, which is great for getting around. The room facilities are a bit dated, but overall, it offers good value for money.

Overall acceptable, comfortable and okay. Check in was nice, able to communicate, check out was fast. The room was cleaned well everyday, requested for room service. The people there were nice and friendly. Wasn’t really near Tsim Sha Tsui station, but near Tsim Sha Tsui East more. But both stations connects, so it was fine.

A truly healing retreat for a bestie foodie trip! North Point is a quiet escape amidst the hustle and bustle, with MTR and tram stops right outside, making it super easy to get to Causeway Bay and all the Instagrammable spots. Our harbor view room had floor-to-ceiling windows and a scenic sofa, offering direct views of Victoria Harbour – shimmering waters by day, dazzling lights by night. Every photo we took turned out amazing, capturing the perfect vibe. Great food paired with stunning views – our pictures turned out fantastic! The hotel itself has several great spots for photos, perfect for chilling with your bestie and catching up. Exploring the local eateries and soaking in the street life, then returning to the hotel to relax and watch the harbor view – it truly made our trip incredibly happy. Absolutely the top choice for a girls' getaway!

This hotel offers an excellent overall experience, and I highly recommend staying here. Its location is superb; you can walk to the subway station and major shopping districts in just a few minutes, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby. The front desk staff were very efficient with check-in and thoughtfully offered a welcome tea, earning full marks for their service attitude. The room was even more spacious and bright than I expected, with a modern minimalist design that felt very high-quality. The bedding was just right in terms of firmness, and the duvet was clean and odorless. Coupled with the silent air conditioning, I slept soundly through the night, completely undisturbed by neighbors or hallway noise. The bathroom had excellent wet-dry separation, with hot water that was fast and consistent, and the toiletries had a refreshing scent. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, both Chinese and Western, and the freshly made noodles were particularly authentic. Upon check-out, I even received a complimentary souvenir, showing great attention to detail. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is an incredibly high-value choice, and I will definitely return given the chance!

About a five to six-minute walk from Tin Hau MTR station on the Island Line. The facilities are pretty complete, and the cleanliness is decent. They provide disposable slippers and dental kits, and there's even a mini-fridge. The room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate. The service was also fine. The only real issue was the air conditioning; it was so incredibly loud that I had to keep it off for my entire two-day stay. It would be a real problem if the weather was too hot to go without it.

This was my first solo trip, and I had many details to consider. After looking at numerous hotels, I chose this one for three main reasons: 1. You can catch the A11 bus to the airport from North Point Ferry Pier in just three minutes, which is super convenient for getting to and from the port and airport. North Point MTR station and the tram stop are also very close by. 2. There's a street right outside the hotel with plenty of options for dining, shopping, and relaxing by the sea. I also stumbled upon the ”Oil Street Art Space” (or maybe it was the Fortress Hill East Coast Park?) not far from the hotel; catching the sunset and night view there in the evening was truly stunning. 3. The staff are warm, polite, and happy to store luggage. The room itself is small, but it's clean and has a TV and a safe. The soundproofing isn't the best, so I hope fellow guests will be considerate and keep quiet so as not to disturb others.

My stay here was excellent! The hotel is easy to find and super convenient for getting around. The room was spacious and bright, spotlessly clean, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby until morning. Both the front desk and room service staff were incredibly warm and patient, and they were quick to respond to any requests. The facilities are comprehensive, and it offers fantastic value for money. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel, I highly recommend it!

ZZhuzimaikeThis business trip was to attend the Hong Kong International Art Fair at the Hong Kong Central Library. I chose the Park Lane Hong Kong because of its convenient location and easy access. The front desk staff and floor attendants provided excellent service. The lady at the front desk even upgraded my room for free. I checked in for two nights, but ended up checking out at 6 PM on the second day. The breakfast selection leaned more towards Western options, with very few Chinese choices, but it was decent and filling. The Park Lane Hong Kong is conveniently located near the Causeway Bay MTR station, the 'ding ding' trams, and main roads, making transportation quick and easy. Victoria Park is right across from the hotel, and there are many shops and restaurants nearby. The best part is definitely how convenient it is for getting around.

KkerkcheehowLocation: Just a 3-minute walk from Wan Chai MTR Exit C. You can also take bus A11 directly from the airport. Environment: Clean and spacious rooms, which is considered quite large for Hong Kong. Amenities: Toothbrush, slippers, towels, hairdryer, shower gel, and shampoo are all provided. Staff: All staff members are polite and can speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. Overall, the room was quiet, the air conditioning was sufficiently cold, and the shower had good water pressure. I stayed for six nights and had a very pleasant experience.

GGuest UserJust a stop over in Hong Kong way back to Macau. Surprised with kids friendly accommodation as stay 1 night with my 10 year old daughter. Convenient with train station and shopping mall! At midnight as AC could not adjust to warm the room so room service for extra blanket was kindly delivered to door within 7-8 minutes.

GGuest UserThis hotel definitely exceeded my expectations! For a price over HKD 1,000, I was expecting a tiny room in Hong Kong, but to my surprise, it was a suite. It had a living room with a sofa, coffee table, and dining table, and the bedroom had a super large bed. Plus, all the details in the bathroom were very clean. The hotel staff were very nice, and their Mandarin was good. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, where you could order one set meal, and all four I tried were delicious. You could even see parrots flying outside the window while having breakfast. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its convenient location. It's about two bus stops from Admiralty Station (or walkable, really), a 200-meter walk from the Peak Tram Macdonnell Road Station, and within walking distance of Hong Kong Park and Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens. Highly recommend!

Ttraveller83Great location above the Moko Mall and literally exit D of Mong Kok East line. Station is inside so no need to dodge rain if weather is bad. We took a larger taxi from the airport as a family of four plus one family member who picked us up including our cases cost approx 320HKD. On the return to the airport we asked the concierge to help us organise a taxi back to airport and cost us 299HKD including our cases. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming, speak Cantonese and English very well House keeping staff are very polite and friendly and rooms were cleaned daily to a great standard. We used the swimming pool a number of times and I used the gym a few times. Always well kept and clean. The swimming pool provides towels as you go outside on the right hand side. There are swimming times divided into three sessions and is open until 9pm - the kids loved it. The gym is well equipped for the size of the hotel too. Just need to let the reception know your room number before using the pool or gym. We stayed in the family room on the 11th floor in room 1173. Rooms are spacious for Hong Kong. There is a lovely window seat as well which is a plus. My photos don't do it justice as I did them last minute. The only downsides of the rooms I would say is that the wardrobe space isn't enough to accommodate a family of four, and despite being on the 11th floor you can hear/feel the running of trains underneath. If you're a light sleeper I would recommend you ask for a higher floor. Rooms come with disposable slippers - don't last very long but they provide new ones every so often. There is a kettle in the room and packaged tea and coffee, creamers to make a drink. Rather than wooden stirrers which can be flimsy- steel teaspoons would be more sustainable and easier to use. Bathrooms come with hand wash, shampoo, shower gel, body wash. There are also disposable toothbrush sets with toothpaste, a comb and ear buds provided. Hairdryer in bathroom as well. There is also an iron and ironing board in the wardrobe which is very handy. The hotel is literally within walking steps from the flower market and bird market/garden. This is easily accessible by going through the front of the hotel down the stairs on the right of the exit. Ladies market, Sneaker street, Goldfish street are all within 5-10 mins walk from the hotel. Just go through the shopping mall onto the foot bridge and follow the signs. There are tons of eateries and shops in the mall, good mix of western and eastern restaurants. If you fancy going across the border to Shenzhen for a spot of shopping it is approx 30-40mins on the train from MongKok East. Just remember to fill in your arrival card online to save time at the border. If you're feeling up to it you could easily walk all the way to TST ferry. It's about 45-50 mins down Nathan Road depending on how often your kids want to stop and look in shops or you can easily get a bus or metro there. Overall fabulous hotel and would recommend others to stay here and I would stay here again. It's very convenient, the staff are friendly and helpful.

GGuest UserHotel was in a fantastic location, right next to the Happy Valley Racecourse. I was unaware though that half the hotel (typically the cheapest rooms) overlooked a huge cemetery, which was very eery..! The hotel was able to change rooms for me to a ”Course View” room, but I had to pay an extra fee. Hotel facilities were okay and room was comfy. Some of the furniture is slightly outdated and the walls are quite thin. I did really like the huge wardrobe/storage available in the room. When issues did arise (e.g. aircon not working), it was fixed immediately. The wifi never worked for me, only in the hotel lobby, so would recommend getting a HK Sim Card to get internet. Regarding transport links, these were great: the hotel is a short walk away from a Tram stop (1 minute) which gets you into Central very easily; and Taxis (use uber) are easy to hail. There is also a hotel shuttle bus on offer too.

GGuest UserThe environment and scenery are impeccable, truly comfortable, and far superior to the older hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui. The MTR is also very convenient. I'll choose this place every time I visit Hong Kong from now on. However, the attitude of the front desk staff during check-out meant I could only give four stars at most. Those four stars are for the excellent service during our stay. The one star deducted is because when we were queuing to check out, another lady cut in line at the registration desk! Yet the staff member said they didn't notice who was first and that we should have queued up properly! That's outrageous! I didn't pursue a complaint because I was so satisfied with the accommodation and didn't want to spoil my trip.

AAnonymous UserI saw the room on a mobile platform, and the size and type of the room seemed alright. However, upon checking into the hotel, the room was actually very small, and the two beds were so close together that you couldn't even walk between them – you had to get into bed from the foot of it. The pictures are really just for reference. As for hygiene, there was a layer of dust on the headboard, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. There was a wireless charger on the headboard, which is convenient as you don't need your own charger, but that spot also had a layer of dust. So, hygiene wasn't great. The bathroom was okay; it had a separate wet and dry area, and the water pressure was good. But when I first checked in, the toilet smelled really bad. The windows were sealed shut, so there was no ventilation, which is why it stank when I first walked in. It only got better after I turned on the exhaust fan for a while. Also, the air conditioning in the room was a central unit, so you couldn't adjust the temperature at all. Another thing is that you need to be prepared with Hong Kong dollars or other payment methods for this hotel. They require a 500 HKD deposit, and WeChat Pay and Alipay are not accepted. I didn't know this on my first stay, so I had to go exchange HKD. I asked a place near the hotel, and they charged a 30 HKD service fee. So, I walked a few kilometers to another place to exchange money; they didn't charge a service fee, but I had to exchange a minimum of 1000 HKD. To all you folks planning a trip to Hong Kong, make sure to prepare in advance and do your research, including checking how the hotel deposit can be paid.
