My experience at Swiss-Belhotel Timika was genuinely smooth and efficient. When I needed to extend my stay, the staff handled it quickly with clear communication. And when I requested laundry service, they came straight to my room without any hassle. For me, they’re truly customer-centric, responsive, communicative, and focused on guest comfort. The service feels personal yet professional. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a stay with fast, attentive and no-nonsense service.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are so friendly and accommodating, especially the receptionist who checked me in and the trainees who happened to be present at the reception upon check-in. I highly recommend this hotel. I hope to have another opportunity to visit the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the location is excellent—close to the city center and just a short walk to Starbucks :)

A few parts are needed to be repaired such as windows lock, door guard.

Access to the Airport is very close so no worries missing the plane plus you can ask for free shuttle to the airport with the hotel car

The hotel’s breakfast is good, sanitation, service is acceptable, and transportation is convenient. The price is slightly higher!
