"The hotel environment is totally serene, nestled in nature. A tad bit too far from city central, if you don’t have a private car. Bolt taxis are readily available though.
The food was great. My husband enjoyed every last bite. The pool is amazing. The internet connection is fast and uninterrupted.
Major disappointments : the shower didn’t bless us with hot water, even after a man from maintenance came to assist with the problem. We had issues with the AC throughout our stay, luckily we were provided with a stand-alone fan. Most of the channels on the tv did not play, especially when it rained. "

Very Good
GGuest UserIt is said to be the best hotel in the area, with large rooms and decent facilities. However, there is nothing to eat except fruits for breakfast, and the restaurant is even more disappointing. Considering that this is Africa, I haven't eaten anything good in other places in Kenya, so it's okay. At least it's safe and comfortable to stay.
