Overall great. Stayed here for a few times already,. Ample parking and free, just need validation from receptionist. Room is spacious with amenities like toiletries, iron, sejadah. Instant coffee in the room is so good. It was i great experience. i honestly would stay again.

This is our second time here but surely will not repeat anymore. The first time i went oklah the service acceptable sbb baru buka, give a chance. So far ok. Second time i bring my families here plus its my anniversary date, ingat nak rileks2 lpas srabut kerja, bila datang ya ampunn makin serabut servicenya, aaaa first time dtg hotel 5 star rsa nk cepat2 balik.Service kaunter check in serabut ya aampun. Slow and steady 30-40 min duk kt lobby. Staff plak mcm intern ,girl yg putih2 tu. Tertukar bilik, tertukar nama booking, tertukar bilangan blk, connecting x available.dah 30minit urusan trace nama x settle2. Dhla kepala pening lpas naik bot, pastu dah settle, bg bilik jauh2 plak dah, ank kecik2 blk jauh, baik takpayah la sy ckp tukarkan la satu blk lagi tu jd credit point boleh guna utk dlm hotel, x boleh plak, last skali dpt la blk connecting. Yg settle lelaki pakai spek, tp ya ampunn customer servis out dengan muka serabut dia, muka nk marah, muka x de eye contact ngn customer. Dia kata x jauh mna pon blk ngn bangunan sebelah, aiii ank umur 3,4 taun, ingt pndai urus diri ke? Geramnya lah, kalau hotel lain, kalau mcm ni pnya first impression, dh ptt dpt free upgrade, tnggu pnya tnggu, ak ckp nk jmpa manager, dan2 ada connecting tu, jauhh dr adik bradik lainnn tapinya, dh masuk blk, happy anniversary nama org lain plakkk, nama adik aku,, dia tertukar! Pdahal booking asing2 tu. dh malam tu, x de eelctric la plak blk sbeleah, pagi bru call service nasib pantas.staff baku merah kt restorant tu snyumla skit dh mcm kna paksa keja ngn parents dh nengoknya, mknn can improve, average for hotel 5 stars yg sy pernah pergi,. After a 45-minute boat ride, we got off at the first stop and contacted the hotel for a pick-up. It was less than a 10-minute drive to the hotel. Next to the hotel, there's a local restaurant; their tomato fried rice was good, but the green beans were a bit undercooked. The prices were reasonable. The hotel's internal restaurant also served good food, so you can eat there if you don't want to go out. The hotel's buffet breakfast was quite lavish, and the kids loved it! The hotel has a yoga studio and a gym (you need to take the hotel's sightseeing car up the mountain), a kids' club, a trampoline, billiards, table tennis, manual mahjong, and foosball. Right outside the pool is a beach. If you want to go snorkeling (our diving times were 9 AM and 2 PM, arrive at the dive center 10 minutes early), you need to book in advance with the hotel, then go to the dive center behind the restaurant to get your gear and wait to depart. The hotel beach has many small crabs, and lots of small fish in the water; in deeper areas, there are bigger fish too. The hotel was very comfortable, and the kids didn't want to leave after 3 nights. We'll definitely come back to this hotel next time. Sometimes, monkeys appear on the room balconies, so try not to hang clothes out there, as they might be taken by the monkeys. The rooms are wooden cabins, so the facilities are a bit old, and many things showed signs of dampness and mold. The basic amenities are just okay; germaphobes probably wouldn't be able to stay here.

We were very delighted at the ease of bookings for our stay, speedboat transfers, scuba diving and snorkelling trips. The moment we arrived at Besut Jetty, they had their team to facilitate parking of our car and efficiently got us on the speedboat as it was raining earlier and might rain again in the afternoon. By the time we arrived and checked in, our rooms were ready, cleaned and smelled fresh too contrary with all the reviews I’ve read recently especially when it comes to peak season. All the amenities were there and functional. Even my city kids were impressed as they’ve stayed at other island resorts before. The ambience at night was very lively at the restaurant, friendly flying lemurs and squirrels, tasty variety dishes from the restaurant, fire show, swings by the beach. The recreational centre such as the kayak, snorkelling and scuba diving can be better for the premium rate that they are charging. Warning: check every calculation carefully as they have this NO REFUND policy. I would suggest for rental of games to make family holidays more fun on days when it is raining.

## Amenities The hotel's basic amenities are largely complete and fully operational. The rooms have been renovated throughout, and the decor is better than what you'd find in other hotels. Wi-Fi is available in the rooms. There's some ongoing construction behind the hotel, but it generates almost no noise, so it doesn't impact your stay or rest at all. ## Cleanliness Overall, there's significant room for improvement in cleanliness. You can spot quite a few small flying insects in the lobby and hallways leading to the guest rooms. There were also small ants around the welcome drinks at the front desk. While these don't affect a normal stay, the public area cleaning and pest control aren't thorough enough, and more attention is needed for cleanliness details. ## Environment The hotel's surrounding environment is decent, and the location offers convenient access to transportation. The partial construction behind the hotel has minimal impact on the quietness of the stay, and the overall living atmosphere is average. ## Service Overall service needs improvement. Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is strictly at 10 AM, which isn't very accommodating. There are too few staff members on duty, and housekeeping efficiency is low, with room cleaning being particularly slow. The overall service efficiency and attentiveness aren't on par with other hotels in the same category. ## Dining The dining experience is weak, and it clearly falls short compared to other hotels of a similar caliber in the area. Only breakfast is included, and the variety is very limited, with average taste. Lunch and dinner need to be ordered separately, and the overall dining selection, taste, and serving efficiency all need significant improvement. ## Activities The hotel's overall operational atmosphere is far inferior to competitors like Laguna or Rainbow Hotel. Other hotels arrange recreational activities and special programs in the evenings, offering guests plenty of nighttime entertainment. This hotel, however, has no activities or arrangements whatsoever in the evening, making the overall atmosphere dull and quiet. The operational fun and guest experience are significantly lacking.

The room was spacious and clean, and there's a great snorkeling spot right next to the hotel. I especially appreciated the restaurant; the food was excellent, and every dish was exceptional. It's definitely one of the best restaurants I've tried during my years of traveling in Southeast Asia. Finally, a special thank you to Paul for taking care of every detail. I'll definitely go back if I have the chance.

I had a very pleasant stay at Laguna with my husband & toddler. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the check-in process was smooth. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding that made for a good rest. The facilities, such as the pool and dining, were well-kept and enjoyable. The breakfast, lunch & dinner buffet have a delicious variety of options. I enjoyed every foods served. Location was convenient, close to shops and near to the Long Beach. The beach is clean and crystal clear. I enjoyed the snorkelling trip in the hotel package. The whole journey was memorable and adventure. Overall, it was a great experience with just a few small areas for improvement, such as queuing and waiting period during the lunch/dinner. I would definitely consider staying here again.

We had an unexpectedly beautiful 4D3N stay at Redang Divers Resort. Initially hesitant due to the 3.2 rating, we booked as it was the only available option, but it turned out to be the best decision.From the warm yet respectful service by Wei to meeting the humble owners Adrian and his wife, everything felt genuine and comfortable. The food was outstanding (we truly miss the food!) honestly among the best we had in Redang.The beachfront view was amazing, white sand and turquoise sea right in front of our room. Simple, raw island vibes, clean rooms, and a truly heartfelt experience for our family. A small note: the toilet flooring could use an upgrade, but we understand refurbishment is already underway with the new management.Not a “luxury” resort, but definitely 5-star in heart, service, and overall experience.We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for making us feel at home!

Stayed here for 3 days and booked the Cliff Bay Suite for my husband’s birthday, honestly it was such a memorable experience. From the start, everything felt well taken care of. A manager, Mei Ling was assigned to assist us, which made things very smooth. We arrived early and they kindly offered early check-in at 12PM-ish, so I could settle in and even continue working from the room, perfect little “work from hotel” moment. We were welcomed with tea, and when we entered the room, the aircond was already turned on, super cooling and refreshing after the journey. They also prepared a birthday cake with a sweet message on the table, which made the surprise feel complete. The room itself was beautiful, we got one of the highest floors, and the view was just amazing. Waking up to that ocean view really hits different. Amenities were top tier. They provided L’Occitane for shower, shampoo, and lotion, didn’t even need to use my own. Requested a refill the next day and they sent it over quickly in the morning, very efficient. The private beach is stunning and not crowded at all, which I really appreciated. Plenty of activities available too, free kayak, outdoor gym, and they can arrange dinner setups and snorkeling trips for you. Transport was also seamless, they picked us up from Kampung Redang jetty and sent us back during checkout, so everything felt hassle-free. Breakfast was great overall, quality and taste were there, but the variety was slightly limited. I was expecting a bit more selection, but still a very enjoyable spread. Overall, the views, service, and experience were just beautiful. Definitely a place I would come back to again when visiting Redang 🤍
