The AC hotel was very nice and clean and the service was ok only thing was bad when the lights went out in the whole area but other than that it was so peaceful

The front desk staff has done a marvelous job with the day-to-day operations and making sure I was taken care of. The housekeeping staff is always respectful and polite, and doesn’t mind going beyond the expectations.

The room was spacious and clean, and the concierge gave us cookies when we checked in. There was water tea and coffee complimentary in the room. We were there for a concert at the spectrum center, which is only about a 5 minute walk away. The restaurants and cafes around are all very good as well.

Across the road is a cinema, and there are target and marshall shopping malls next to it. There are several restaurants within 10 minutes of walking, Chinese food, Japanese food and Greek food.

Seriously good! At this price point, they even include breakfast. Everything else was fine, and they even gave us fruit when we checked out 🐒. It's just a motel!!!

It’s an obsolete hotel. Standard American breakfast. The room is spacious.., but the bathroom is tiny. The shower was horrible.., and the TV was not turning on. The hotel stays 15-20 minutes by foot to the Spectrum Center (Hornets game). I’d not stay again.

The staff was super friendly. Our room was clean and the whole place smelled so good! The gym was nice and clean as well! Thank you for a great and comfortable experience!

Staff very friendly and attentive! Rooms were very clean and well kept. We have found our new halfway point for traveling to FL! Location is awesome and has a lot of restaurants nearby.
