The view was great! I booked a city view room and the night view was beautiful. We even got to see the sunset as our room faced west! The facilities and service were pretty good, and the staff were very friendly. When we ran out of water, we could just get more from the front desk. The only downside was that the soundproofing wasn't great, probably because our room was close to the elevator.

Samesun Montreal is hands-down my go-to hostel in the city. Every stay has been consistently great — welcoming staff, a fun atmosphere, and a layout that makes it easy to meet other travelers. The rooms and common areas are always clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the vibe is exactly what you want in a hostel: social but still relaxed enough to get a good night’s sleep. Whether I’m visiting Montreal for a quick trip or a longer stay, Samesun is always my first choice. Highly recommended!

The locaction is perfect, right at the heart of old quebec. The hostel offers a complimentary walking tour of the city for guests, that was really interesting. Front desk were very nice and provided us with great recommendations of places to eat. The breakfast and cleanliness of the bathroom could be better. There were several nice shared spaces for the guests to enjoy, coffee maker and vending machine for drinks at extra cost.

It is best to have an ihg member. Otherwise, you can't check in before 3 o'clock and you need to pay 25 CAD separately. When the hotel is busy, the member's late check-out cannot be used. This should be noted. It is recommended to book a room facing the west side, and the sunset is very beautiful in the evening. If you are traveling by car, it is recommended to go to the park by the river, 5 minutes drive, there is a large green area, you can see swarms of wild Canadian geese.

I really like staying at the Super 8 in Ste-Agathe-de-Monts, I go there one to three times a year. On the other hand, I find that he is starting to lack love. I really like that the shower curtain pole is curved, but every time we take showers the curtain is too short so it doesn't stay closed. So I find myself feeling cold because almost half the shower doesn't have a curtain. I'm not the only one who can't close the curtain, my partner and my parents too. We take family trips occasionally. Otherwise, I like staying there.

Les installations sont très bien. Chalet bien équipé et on ne manque de rien. On pouvait même aller déjeuner sur place. Musique avec chansonnier le soir !

Good: -Location was amazing, for old Quebec -shower pressure was great -views were amazing Bad: -They service huge groups (bands, hockey teams) and they ALLLLL check in at once. Multiple times we couldn’t get back to our room because the line for the elevator went all the way through the lobby. -the floors were gross. Old an poorly installed laminate, we had over 1cm gaps between ends of boards and crud in between. It was winter and no floor mat in the room meant melting snow and gravel -room attendants didn’t restock the coffee in the room, and even those packets only had one teeny packet of creamer. -the coffee maker would only make one mug before shutting down for 15min. It would overheat? -the hot tubs were the heat of a bath Two of us thought the beds were decent, two of us didn’t. I left in pain. Depends on what you need. Don’t overspend, it’s not worth it

Staff was helpful, the outside of the building was a bit sketchy. Breakfast was good. bathroom okay. Tv works okay Overall a good one night experience
