Arrived early and saw that there were elderly people with me, so the front desk staff proactively checked me in. They were very welcoming, helped me with my luggage, and gave detailed information about nearby attractions and transportation. The high-floor room offered an unobstructed view of the Songhua River. They even provided a foot bath, which made me feel right at home. The restaurant staff was also very friendly, and the 3D printed yogurt was a unique highlight. It's very convenient for getting around; the hotel is directly opposite the subway station, and just a short walk further is the Songhua River Cableway station. Turning right out of the hotel and walking for five minutes brings you to the Hongzhuan Morning Market, which is bustling with people and influencers. Central Street is also within walking distance. Staying here was an excellent choice.

## Amenities: The mattress was comfortable, two types of pillows were provided, a smart toilet, a TV with screen-mirroring capabilities, and the internet speed was very fast! The slippers were the thickest and most comfortable I've ever encountered in any hotel. ## Cleanliness: The shower drain wasn't clean and was a bit clogged; I had to deal with it myself while showering. ## Ambiance: I had requested a high floor, but was only given the 7th floor, so my view was ultimately blocked by the tall building directly in front. Additionally, the room was right by the elevator entrance. Luckily, there were no noisy tour groups blocking the elevators that day, so it was relatively quiet. ## Service: Almost non-existent. During check-in, there were two front desk staff. The male staff member was warmly smiling and assisting another group, while the female staff member gave me a cold reception. When I asked about the floor, she simply said my room type wasn't available on the 9th floor. Normally, one would expect something like, ”This room type isn't available on the 9th floor, would you like to consider an upgrade to a different room type on the 9th floor?” She offered no smile and was very curt. After she simply stated my room type wasn't available, I didn't feel like pursuing the conversation further. *Sigh*. ▶ There are self-service drinks in the lobby on the first floor, but the staff didn't inform me. I only found out about them after seeing it online. ▶ Upon check-out, there's supposed to be a farewell gift, but the staff didn't mention it. Long after I had left, I received a message on the Ctrip app saying there was one, meaning I would have had to inquire at the front desk myself. *Ahem*. ▶ I didn't book the hotel's buffet breakfast, but the restaurant allows you to order items à la carte. My companion and I spent 20 yuan and were completely full. (The fried rice was delicious!) ● Overall, in terms of value for money, it's really good! It just falls short on the details. (I wonder if this has anything to do with booking a discounted room? 🤔)

Excellent service, very clean, and a superb location right on Central Street, close to the entrance, and also very near Metro Line 2, Exit 1. When I booked, I couldn't get a family room. Upon check-in, I wanted to change to a triple room, but because of the complicated procedures, the manager directly upgraded us to a triple room, which I'm extremely grateful for. The breakfast was also very good.

The airport shuttle service was super convenient; the driver was punctual and reliable, saving us a lot of hassle. The front desk staff were very welcoming and efficient with check-in, and their gentle demeanor made my family feel well cared for. The room was clean and tidy, making for a worry-free stay. Overall, everything was excellent, making this my top choice for a layover.

First off, the location is incredibly convenient! It's right next to Central Street and also close to the Lao Chujia flagship restaurant, yet it's surprisingly quiet despite being in a bustling area. Getting around by taxi is also very easy. The hotel isn't large but the decor is really unique; I took so many photos for my mom. The service is great too. They provide thoughtful fruit and pastries in the room, the staff helped with luggage, and even food deliveries can be brought to your room by a robot. One evening, I had some takeout I didn't want to waste, and the restaurant staff kindly warmed it up for me. Breakfast wasn't perfect but still decent, though the peaches weren't very good and could probably be removed. Just for the location and service, it's definitely worth coming back! Oh, and the row of cat hotels by the entrance is super heartwarming too! 🥰

Great brand, it's a Holiday Inn Express under InterContinental, so the quality control is guaranteed. The facilities are all very well-equipped. Mr. (name/initials, if provided, otherwise leave as Mr.) at the front desk provided excellent service and gave me a free room upgrade. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The only downside is that some of the public spaces are a bit small, like the lobby, gym, and laundry room. Also, the management of smoking in public areas should be strengthened.

I got my period at night and had a terrible stomachache. I called the front desk to ask if they sold sanitary pads. The young man at the front desk said a staff member would bring them up shortly. A little while later, the staff not only brought sanitary pads but also a cup of brown sugar water. For service to go above and beyond like this, the hotel truly puts its heart into it. I absolutely have to give them a huge thumbs up!

It was a very thoughtful gesture! • Lobby Amenities: While breakfast isn't provided, there is a self-service mini cafe in the lobby area, which is perfect for a quick caffeine fix or tea. The Room • Space & Comfort: The room was a good size for two people, even with our large 28-inch luggage. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. • Quiet & Clean: The soundproofing is impressive we weren't disturbed by outside noise. One unique feature is the filtered drinking water tap located right next to the bathroom sink. • Note: The only minor downside was that the bathroom felt a bit chilly compared to the well-heated bedroom area. Location & Transport The location is definitely the highlight of this hotel: • Walking Distance: Just a short 400m walk to Zhongyang Street (Central Street) and about 700m to Saint Sophia Cathedral. • Transport: It is very easy to book a DiDi as the hotel is located right on a main road, making pick-ups quick and hassle-free. Verdict: Highly recommended for its strategic location and great hospitality!

The location is ideal if you want to stay downtown, as there’s a pedestrian street right outside the hotel. And since the city is small, everything is within easy reach. The staff is friendly and eager to help. They don’t speak Russian, but if you know even a little Chinese, they’ll make an effort to understand you. The hotel itself is new and, compared to others in the area, in perfect condition. I’d say it’s the best accommodation option in Heihe right now.
