The hotel is very nice and the service from most of the staff is excellent. The food is delicious. However, the cleanliness of the sheets and beds needs considerable improvement; they smell bad and it's a bit unpleasant to lie on them. Even though we asked for new sheets, the new ones also smelled bad, as did the pillows and the mattress.

It's normal, but it's not worth waiting for anything special. Cleaning and changing towels every day. Breakfast is only 3 options for choice, one of which is always absent. There is your small beach club with a bar at the second hotel on the beach in a pedestrian accessibility. The staff is very slow, as well as everywhere in the country. Before New Year's Eve, they asked the tug to clap the dress, we never brought it. And the room is a large closet and no shoulder hanger. No refrigerator. Big balcony, no chair on the balcony. Everything is somehow unthinkable

We were hosted at the hotel Bakour and our experience was absolutely exceptional. Since we arrived, the staff made us feel like at home. The reception was particularly highly high thanks to Kimberly's friendlyness and efficiency, who greeted us every day and kept us informed about the activities of the hotel. Your personalized attention and your willingness to help us at any time were essential for our stay. But what really loved us was the staff's attitude in general. From Manuel, the tours seller who became a friend and made us several gifts without commit, even the bar and buffet boys, such as Jazmín and Joan, who were always attentive and kind. Even Junior, who worked at night, was extremely social and made us feel part of the family. We were very happy to have a nice and comfortable room, and we were very happy to have a nice room. My stay was overall great, the room looked good and comfortably accommodated 3 persons with the bed, sofa bed area, the nice kitchen with a big fridge and appliances, and the bathroom was big and looked great. The staff were great and very accommodating, very friendly and helpful in every way. My only complaint would be the lack of insect control. I believe it’s due to the high door that insects can easily crawl under and get inside. Numerous small insects, mosquitoes and even a small lizard at one point were found in the room (compliments to the male front desk worker who came and tried helping to remove the lizard that night). Also cobwebs and dust (minimal) in the ceiling and on the surfaces of high appliances respectively. Seems as though the room I got hadn’t been used in awhile. But overall a wonderful stay.

This hotel is pretty good, especially the infinity pool on the roof, it's so beautiful! You can order your own breakfast, and there is freshly squeezed watermelon juice. The hotel's exclusive beach is on the first floor, and the beach is open at night. The sky bar on the roof is open until 11 o'clock. Overall, it's pretty good. This city is very beautiful.

La posizione della struttura è davvero ottima a una decina di minuti dalla spiaggia a cinque minuti dal centro. Posto accogliente, staff disponibile, camera da letto non molto insonorizzata, una stanza diciamo ”alla buona”, comunque abbiamo avuto un soggiorno di solo due notti piacevole e ci siamo riposati.

Grand Bávaro Princess – All Inclusive was a great experience. The best part, without a doubt, is the beach: wide, soft sand, turquoise water, and a truly beautiful view. Perfect for relaxing, long walks, and spending the whole day by the ocean. The location is excellent and the resort feels comfortable to move around. Overall, the service was very good: friendly staff, quick to help, and always with a good attitude. The facilities are well maintained, with several dining options and plenty of areas to relax. The food was better than expected, especially at the à la carte restaurants—well presented dishes and great taste. Ideal for solo vacationing, couples or families looking for a large all-inclusive resort with an amazing beach and a calm atmosphere. I would definitely come back.

This was our family trip to celébrate my daughter anniversary and everything was good, but what we enjoy the most was our daughter and mother day spa. The group in tha spa (Yaridis, Juliana and Olga) were very professional  and they were very aware of making us fill a pleasant and unforgettable vacation and celebration. We went to the spa for services twice during the stay.
