"Getting there was incredibly easy — it’s only about an eight-minute metro ride from Rotterdam Central, and the hotel is literally just outside the Leuvehaven metro station, which makes arrival and getting around very convenient.
The hotel itself was very clean, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. We had a canal-facing room, which was beautiful, especially in the evening when the lights reflected on the water — definitely a lovely touch to the stay.
It’s also about an eight-minute walk to Beurs, so you’re well placed for shops, restaurants, and the city centre without being right in the busiest area. I’d happily recommend this hotel for both comfort and location."

GGuest UserThe hotel was really clean. The photos we saw of this hotel all over the internet showed it to be close to the promenade, but unfortunately it wasn't like the photos and it was a long walk from many things.
The breakfast didn't have the variety that a five-star hotel should have, it was about the same as a four-star hotel and there was very little choice. The Netherlands is famous for its cheese, and considering it was a five-star hotel and in the Netherlands, there was very little choice of cheese at the hotel's breakfast. The hotel didn't have slippers, it's a good thing we had brought them with us. We went to five- and four-star hotels in several different countries and they all gave us a bottle of mineral water a day, but here, no, there was no water and we bought it ourselves from the market. And another thing that really bothered us was the extreme coldness of the room🥶, to the point where it was like winter (we were there on September 1st). The air conditioner in the room was always on and could not be turned off at all, and they themselves confirmed this, and unfortunately I got sick there🥺😮💨.
One of the towels and one of the pillowcases were also dirty. If they can't be washed, they should be thrown away. This brings down the quality of a five-star hotel.
The menu selection was limited, but we had a very delicious fish dinner.😋

GGuest UserVery nice hotel just near a tram and metro access have a nice view and spa and a awesome gym !!
However be careful the road is quite noisy so prefer a room with ocean view. And it was quite cold during our stay the night and there was no option to turn on the heat.
Those two points were a bit disappointing due to the price of the hotel but else it was good

NnicorowI chose this hotel for its proximity to a business dinner and for the rest of the week's events. It was a good choice overall.
I was also drawn in by the gym and sauna, but both were closed by the time I returned (9:45 PM). While I can understand that a sauna can't run continuously, I'm more puzzled about the gym.
I also hope my car got a good night's sleep. At €35 for 9 hours!!! Anyway, it seemed happy.
The breakfast was very basic. When I read ”extraordinary breakfast,” I expected a lot more fruits and vegetables. I'm a picky vegetarian 🫣.
I gave it a try, but I'll be looking elsewhere next time.

TTataVicky143I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would happily recommend to anyone looking for a beach getaway. The room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The location is convenient, just a short walk from the beach, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

OOndernemer in VeranderingPrima grote schone kamer (eigen keuze), maar in de toilet nog een laatste papierrest niet doorgespoeld en een lange vrouwenhaar in de douchebak, iehhh! Bedden en kussens heerlijk! Ontbijt grandioos uitgebreid. Lokatie is dicht bij strand maar wel midden op een druk kruispunt, beetje ‘nouja-uitzicht’. Service receptie en restaurant super vriendelijk!

It is unclear to me that the parking costs are 19.95 euros. It was not clearly stated prior to the stay and during check-in.
Eventually these were waived by the beverage manager. Friendly man.
I will come here again despite the Danish lady behind the reception who was rather sharp and curt.

GGuest UserWe received great care from the staff and were able to use luggage storage, which was great. This hotel is right in between Scheveningen and Den Haag and easily accessible through metro, bus, and by foot. We enjoyed our stay and the decor. Unfortunately the closet and shower were slightly malfunctioning and the airconditioning was not that good. However, I believe this will be resolved shortly and would recommend a stay here!
