Environment: The hotel is in an excellent location, within walking distance of the old city, the bastion and the park. Facilities: The soundproofing of the room is slightly poor, and the sound of the TV next door is very obvious. Service: The service attitude is impeccable, and they will take the initiative to help guests park and pick up their cars.

-Remote in a SME zone (we knew this in advance) -Friendly and helpful people at reception (all speak very good English) -No information map of the hotel in the rooms, nor in the lobby --＞ All information needed to be asked at the reception -Extended, careful and very delicious breakfast (no chocopasta available) - The bar is a bistro where you can eat from 20:00 to 23:00 according to menu card. Broods + snacks available from 7:00 However, this bar/bistro closes at 00:20. -Rooms are cleaned every day, and towels are refreshing if desired - Despite the high level of occupation, the hotel is so spacious that it never feels pressure, on the contrary -Extra underground parking present -Public transport to the centre: bus stops every 30min just before the hotel - Ideal and advisor as a transit hotel or short stay

I did not know what to expect, but it was an amazing experience. It was our first time in Pamplona . The location is nice, near a very beautiful garden , very bright studio, all equipped nicely. The decoration of our studio was super nice and modern. It's definitely a new address to keep, and if there is any opportunity, I will come back. The staff was just very helpful, useful, and kind. I highly appreciate it. Thanks

This is a lovely hotel right in the centre of the old town. The rooms are lovely well appointed and comfortable.  The restaurant in the hotel is atmospheric with great Spanish food.  Breakfast is continental, but good quality.  The staff are lovely - helpful and friendly Near by free car parking 2 minutes away There is a great roof top terrace

Very comfortable room! Amazing location for Pamplona. Wasn’t planning on stopping but the city is worth a night or two. The room was smaller and the bathroom older, comfy and clean for a short stay. Ask for a queen but may get two singles pushed together, which isn’t the most comfortable.

Very central hotel. Does have parking but we parked just opposite the parking entrance in a quiet culture de sac 2 mins from hotel.. Room bright and clean. Lovely shower. No kettle or Enlish speaking TV but you can change language if you know how to! Will definitely go back.

Located in the old town of Pamplona, next to the bus station, it is very convenient to get off and walk Facilities: Complete and new. Hygiene: Yes. Environment: Quiet and safe. Service: Friendly front desk, rich breakfast.

Looks a bit off, right? But the price is good! In fact, it is very convenient, opposite is a big shopping mall, a big supermarket. The supermarkets in Spain are dazzling! There are many choices for eating! 16.99 Europe's lunch package is not too cost-effective! Unforgettable!

Very good location, many good dining options around and walkable to most of the attractions. Room is small and the decoration could use some renovation. Staff is ok but not super passionate.
