Halo-SallyThis business hotel is located in the heart of Wanchai, offering excellent transport links with the MTR, trams, and buses all nearby. It's conveniently close to Central and the Convention Centre, making it ideal for business trips.
The room was generally clean, and although the facilities show some age, they are well-maintained. The desk is suitable for work, and you can request different pillow firmness.
The breakfast offers a sufficient selection of Chinese and Western simple dishes to meet daily needs. The rooftop pool and gym are definite highlights.
Minor drawbacks: Rooms facing the street can experience a bit of street noise, and as is common with hotels in Hong Kong, the room size is on the smaller side, so manage your expectations.

Guest UserThis was my first time driving into Hong Kong, and I figured since I had a car, it wouldn't matter if I stayed a bit further out. I was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful the scenery in Tsuen Wan is! We booked a triple-bed family room that could sleep 4 adults, and the price was very reasonable, not much higher than in mainland China. That really exceeded my expectations, and I have to give it a big thumbs up! The only thing that was expensive was the parking fee – HKD 200 for 24 hours with no in-and-out privileges, and you can only use your Octopus card at the entrance/exit. Plus, the ramp to the car park was super steep! 🤪

suesoFor my trip to Hong Kong, I chose the Hotel COZi · Resort in Tuen Mun, and overall, it offered great value for money, especially for families with kids. The hotel is very close to Tuen Mun MTR station, just a few minutes' walk away, and it's right next to a large shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. Getting to Disneyland and border crossings is also easy. The rooms are clean and tidy, and some of the themed rooms are really fun for kids. The public facilities include a pool, a gym, and a children's play area, where kids can have a blast.
The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were efficient. There's a West Rail Line directly to Mong Kok, Kai Tak, and Tsim Sha Tsui, and also a light rail that reminds me of Kamakura in Japan. All in all, the prices are friendly, the facilities are new, and it helps avoid the high hotel prices in the city center. It's highly recommended for family trips and leisure holidays. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Hong Kong.

Jerry8689If you're visiting Lantau Island, Mui Wo, or Silvermine Bay, I highly recommend this hotel. I came here after a day at Disneyland, and it took about 80 minutes to get here (the MTR is fast, but waiting for the bus at night can be tricky).
First off, the hotel's location is excellent. It's far from the city's hustle and bustle, with its eastern side facing the sea. From a sea view room, you can open your eyes and watch the sunrise, enjoying the sun and beach. Silvermine Bay Beach is right outside, and Lantau Island is behind you, offering BBQ, fishing, and various water activities – you can play however you like! It's a 10-minute walk to Mui Wo Pier, where a 30-40 minute ferry ride takes you directly to Central and the Observation Wheel, essentially like taking the Star Ferry for a tour of Victoria Harbour.
Secondly, the price is very friendly. Just make sure to book a room type that includes tax and breakfast. The value for money is clearly far superior to those crowded, noisy hotels with small beds and no breakfast in Tsim Sha Tsui or Central. And yes, the breakfast is quite good too.
The only slight drawback is the charging situation. There are USB ports, but they can be unstable. However, even though there isn't an adapter, there's a vending machine that sells them.
Special tip: Remember to bring a deposit (or a credit card for pre-authorization).

Guest UserThe environment is quiet and pleasant, facilities are convenient, and transportation is relatively easy. There are plenty of parking spaces and unbeatable sea views, making it worth visiting again and again. It would be excellent if the hotel were regularly renovated, which I believe would attract more guests. The large swimming pool is one of its selling points. They used to offer a buffet, and I hope it will be reinstated in the future.

My initial impression of Royal Plaza Hotel in Hong Kong was quite good.
The location is very close to the school, and the room's facilities and city view seemed nice. The bathtub was large, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered a good view.
However, at 3 PM, a bump inexplicably appeared on my foot. I thought it was just a regular mosquito bite and didn't pay much attention to it. But around 8 PM, two or three more bumps appeared on my body. By 11 PM, I had accumulated five or six red, swollen, itchy, and unbearable bites. I suspected bed bugs. I never expected to encounter them at this hotel.
I called the front desk to report the situation, and the hotel arranged a room change. Although the room change went smoothly, I was worried about getting bitten again and was on edge all night, so I didn't sleep well.

Anonymous UserThe hotel was at the very end of a row of apartment buildings, about a 10-minute walk from the bus stop. It was hot in August, but it was just about a manageable walking distance.
When I made the reservation, I received a message asking me to pre-register for self check-in at the kiosk. I did so, and upon arrival, I scanned the barcode at the kiosk to check in. However, I couldn't proceed without paying a deposit, so I paid it. A room key was issued, but since the room number wasn't specified, a staff member came over and assisted me at the counter. They seemed surprised, asking, 'You paid a deposit?!' and repeatedly assured me they would refund it, which I found a bit strange since I assumed deposits were returned if there were no issues. All the staff members were very polite, and their English was easy to understand.
My hairdryer in the room stopped working, so I called the front desk, and they brought a new one right away.
There are no amenities like water, toothbrushes, or shampoo, so you need to bring your own. Despite the very low price, I felt completely at ease staying at this hotel, so I thought it was perfectly fine.
I usually stay at hotels near the airport, but due to a big concert, they were very expensive. So, I opted for this hotel, which is about a 40-minute bus ride from the airport. I had plenty of time, and the bus was convenient as it was a direct route with no transfers. However, it's important to note that the A32 bus only runs once an hour. The E32 also goes directly to the airport, though it takes a bit longer.
There was an emergency guide in Japanese, which I found a bit amusing.

Fengqishizaihaibian。Based on my experience of having traveled to over 40 countries and stayed in the top family-friendly hotels in Hong Kong, this hotel is definitely worth recommending. The room is very spacious, and you can see the sea and ships from the bed. Most importantly, Jimmy at the front desk deserves a special shout-out; his service attitude was excellent. I originally planned to stay for just one night, but ended up extending my stay by two more nights, all thanks to his comprehensive and friendly service. The swimming pool is large, and the breakfast is abundant, offering better value for money than other hotels.

Ms. Kim01When choosing a hotel, I always check the bedding first because I have sensitive skin. I also prioritize transportation, location, and room cleanliness, and the Four Seasons Hotel satisfied all my expectations. The staff were friendly, the hotel pool had a great view, and the in-hotel restaurants and bar were also top-notch! The view from the room was also incredibly beautiful, making for a delightful trip. I was worried about the heat or typhoons since it was a July trip, but the weather was fantastic, and the fact that the IFC Mall is connected to the hotel made getting around easy, which made the trip even better. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Hotel! 👍👍👍

Guest UserThe hotel upgraded us to a suite for free, which had a room with two beds and a living room, along with two toilets and two bathrooms. This gave the two of us plenty of space and freedom. The decor was new and stylish, and there were two hair dryers, so we didn't have to wait for each other to dry our hair. They also provided two sets of coffee. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the airport and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge. They even stored our luggage for free until 11 PM, which made it incredibly convenient for us to visit Macau for the day and then come back to pick up our bags.
