TTess TyWan Chai district is super convenient, lots of local and international cuisine. Hotel is located 5mins walk from various entry points to MTR station. Beds are firm and comfortable, provided two pillow types - soft and firm. Sufficient luggage space. Clean bathrooms, supplied thick, fluffy towels, cans of water and toothbrushes. Glass door to bathroom has no lock and the glass feels slightly translucent when light is switched on. Housekeeper does brilliant job maintaining the cleanliness and is friendly. Check-in service is effortless and efficient.

GGuest UserThe environment here is fantastic, and the facilities are all very well-equipped. The service is also excellent; every day, the staff greeted us with a smile and were very attentive. It's not too far from Disney, which is very convenient. And especially the hotel's view!!! It's absolutely stunning.

JJerry8689If you're visiting Lantau Island, Mui Wo, or Silvermine Bay, I highly recommend this hotel. I came here after a day at Disneyland, and it took about 80 minutes to get here (the MTR is fast, but waiting for the bus at night can be tricky).
First off, the hotel's location is excellent. It's far from the city's hustle and bustle, with its eastern side facing the sea. From a sea view room, you can open your eyes and watch the sunrise, enjoying the sun and beach. Silvermine Bay Beach is right outside, and Lantau Island is behind you, offering BBQ, fishing, and various water activities – you can play however you like! It's a 10-minute walk to Mui Wo Pier, where a 30-40 minute ferry ride takes you directly to Central and the Observation Wheel, essentially like taking the Star Ferry for a tour of Victoria Harbour.
Secondly, the price is very friendly. Just make sure to book a room type that includes tax and breakfast. The value for money is clearly far superior to those crowded, noisy hotels with small beds and no breakfast in Tsim Sha Tsui or Central. And yes, the breakfast is quite good too.
The only slight drawback is the charging situation. There are USB ports, but they can be unstable. However, even though there isn't an adapter, there's a vending machine that sells them.
Special tip: Remember to bring a deposit (or a credit card for pre-authorization).

GGuest UserI had initially booked another hotel right next door, but later found out it's owned by the same person. For Hong Kong, where space is at a premium, the price for this hotel is really a great deal. The main draw is its convenience; there are minibuses right downstairs that go directly to Kwai Fong MTR station and Tsing Yi station, making it easy to get anywhere. If you walk a few more minutes, you'll reach a bus stop where you can also catch a bus. I'll definitely book this place again on my next trip to Hong Kong.

GGuest UserThis hotel is located in Mong Kok East, not too far from the MTR station and conveniently close to bus stops. The biggest advantage for us was the exceptionally spacious room, which is a huge plus when traveling with children!
I carefully checked, and thankfully, there were no bed bugs, and the bed was very clean. We even got a free upgrade. The only minor point was the lack of bottled water, only filtered water, but it's drinkable if boiled.
Overall, it was excellent, and I would choose this hotel again when visiting with children.

NNicoleHeiTongBecause the toilet in the first room I checked into was clogged by something the previous guest had thrown in, the hotel immediately moved me to a higher floor. The new room had a higher ceiling and a better view.
There was a typhoon on the day I checked in. The front desk promptly advised me to buy food as early as possible and even thoughtfully directed me to a nearby shopping mall! Their attitude was really great 👍🏻

CChangaryThis was my first stay at the hotel. The room was very comfortable and clean. The bedding was good, and it was quiet enough. However, getting the room took far too long; I didn't get it until 5:30 PM. The air conditioning system stopped working in the morning, and it took 30 minutes for the technician to arrive for repairs, which was a bit slow. The swimming pool was clean. For the main pool, children are required to wear life jackets, which is quite inconvenient for kids who already know how to swim, regardless of their age. Please consider changing this rule. Life jackets should only be required if a parent is not accompanying them.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is right next to the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal, which is super convenient for concerts – it's literally just outside the door, and you can see the venue from your window. The MTR station is also very close, making it easy to get to Tsim Sha Tsui and Mong Kok. The room was clean and the soundproofing was excellent. The cleaning staff were exceptionally warm and polite. I'd definitely stay here again.

I also prioritize transportation, location, and room cleanliness, and the Four Seasons Hotel satisfied all my expectations. The staff were friendly, the hotel pool had a great view, and the in-hotel restaurants and bar were also top-notch! The view from the room was also incredibly beautiful, making for a delightful trip. I was worried about the heat or typhoons since it was a July trip, but the weather was fantastic, and the fact that the IFC Mall is connected to the hotel made getting around easy, which made the trip even better. I highly recommend the Four Seasons Hotel! 👍👍👍

ごごんぴんI had a 14-hour layover between flights and chose this hotel. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's a great hotel that's compact and offers excellent value for money. They do have a shuttle bus, but in the evening, it only runs every 30 minutes, so walking is definitely faster and more reliable. The route to the hotel is covered, so you don't have to worry about the weather, even on rainy days, and you can get there smoothly.
