If you're looking for convenience for an early flight departure, I think this hotel is great. The shuttle bus runs quite frequently, every 15 minutes, which is very convenient. However, I found the front desk staff to be a bit careless; they didn't remind us that if we checked out too early to have breakfast, we needed to request a takeaway meal at check-in. Also, the bathroom is small and not very convenient. But for a transit stay, it's still worth recommending.

I booked one night at this hotel because I had an early flight the next day! (It wasn't my first time staying here!) The hotel is a bit old, but the hygiene is acceptable. However, the location is unbeatable – right inside the airport! As a luxury hotel within Hong Kong International Airport, the staff's attitude was arrogant and impolite. They really need better training in customer service.

Traveled with my family this time, and having stayed here before with a good impression, I chose to book again. The service attitude was very good; I encountered a small issue during check-in, and the lady at the reception smoothly helped resolve it. Everyone greeted us warmly~ Some floors are under renovation, and some room facilities are a bit old; I hope they improve after the renovation. It's not far from the subway station, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Overall, a good experience, and I'd consider staying again in the future.

Nice hotel! Very big for Hong Kong standards I think. My only gripe is the no microwave and its a little tedious to go in and out of the hotel because you need to take 2 separate elevators and walk a bit because it's connected to a big mall.
If you're trying to get back in at midnight, you need to go around the building a bit and take another entrance).
There's machines on the side for self check in and we didn't need to pay a deposit.
A little hack: We used daily laundry nearby instead of the hotel service laundry and it was way cheaper and they deliver your clean folded clothes to the hotel for free :)

I recommend this hotel, not because of its warm service – in fact, I was quite dissatisfied with the front desk staff, who were expressionless throughout and didn't seem friendly or welcoming. However, the hotel offers great value for money and is just a stone's throw from the Zoological and Botanical Gardens, making it incredibly convenient for getting to Central. I was staying in the Kai Tak area of Kowloon and only chose to stay here for one night specifically to visit the gardens, and it was the right choice – the price was affordable and the room size was suitable. However, I do think Hong Kong hotels should learn from their Japanese counterparts; since it's a service industry, a warm and friendly attitude is always necessary. Even if it's just for a few minutes, they should at least pretend! It's no wonder my friends choose to fly directly to Japan for holidays instead of Hong Kong; it truly has a lot to do with the quality and attitude of Hong Kong hotels. Compared to the slippers provided by the hotel and the ones I brought myself, it's as if Hong Kong hotels provide nothing at all... All in all, I would recommend this hotel to friends, and I hope that next time I see the front desk staff, they will combine professionalism with a smile – the two are not mutually exclusive.

The night view is absolutely stunning! You get an amazing panoramic night view from here. The room was impeccably clean and tidy, with no strange odors, which made our stay very comfortable and reassuring. The view is expansive, offering beautiful cityscapes both day and night. The environment is also quite peaceful and relaxing. Overall, it's good value for money and definitely worth recommending.

I stayed for four nights. The hotel is located near Mong Kok East Station, but it's not too far to walk to Prince Edward Station or Mong Kok Station, making it super convenient to get to other places! (There's even a skybridge with escalators directly to Mong Kok Station, so no worries about rain or lugging luggage!)
The room was quite spacious, but perhaps because the plumbing is a bit old? You have to close the shower and toilet doors, otherwise, a sewer smell drifts into the room. Aside from the smell, the overall experience was good!
This hotel is just right for solo travelers. It's super easy to get to – just exit A1 from Sai Ying Pun Station, turn right, and it's a short walk away.
The hotel and rooms felt a bit dated.
My only complaints are the long wait for the elevator in the morning and the non-functioning refrigerator in the room; these definitely need improvement.
Aside from that, everything else was fine. The front desk staff were very helpful, and check-in was quick. Plus, there was no deposit required, which made everything very smooth.
The location is excellent for sightseeing. It's conveniently located with easy access to Central and Tsim Sha Tsui via subway and bus, making it perfect for a few days of touring. There are also plenty of restaurants, a 7-Eleven, and a Wellcome supermarket right near the hotel.
I highly recommend the night view from Sun Yat Sen Memorial Park, which is about a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. It was incredibly beautiful, and since there weren't many people, it felt like a hidden gem for night views.

The front desk staff were really nice during check-in. I requested a high floor and got a room on the 27th, though it was a bit of a shame the view was just of the city. The hotel itself is great, with nice surroundings and good views, and it's super convenient – close to the subway and a 7-Eleven for drinks. They don't provide disposable toiletries or water, but slippers are included. Once, I called housekeeping for a band-aid, and it took forever to arrive – I had to call three times to follow up. Not sure if the hotel was busy or what, but it did mess up my plans a little. Overall though, it was still a good stay.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the location is absolutely unbeatable. The room was also spacious and the bed was very comfortable. My only minor complaint is that the room I was assigned this time didn't have much of a view – all I could see when I opened the curtains was the building opposite. Other than that, everything was perfect!

KKHTanHad a short stay at The Wharney Hotel. We booked a family room and were quite pleased with the cleanliness, and the shower had strong water pressure.
The room size was average, and the bed was soft and comfortable.
Complimentary snacks and drinks in the room fridge is a nice gesture.
Check-in staff were friendly and even provided us with complimentary breakfast, which was a nice touch.
The location is excellent, with plenty of eateries 9and convenience stores nearby. Overall, it was a very good experience, and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Value for money.
BbeibeiloveseaComing to Hong Kong this time, I searched for many hotels on Trip.com, but most rooms were tiny and the facilities were outdated. I finally decided to stay at the Best Western Plus Hotel Hong Kong, and as soon as I entered, I was blown away by the sea-view room on the first floor with a large balcony! Stepping out, you're greeted by an endless expanse of clear blue sea – the view is absolutely stunning! 🌊
At night, I enjoyed the sea breeze on the balcony, watching the starry sky, eating fruit, and having drinks. It was so relaxing I didn't want to leave. Getting around from the hotel is super convenient; there's a free shuttle bus directly to the MTR station, making it easy to go shopping, explore, and try out all the amazing local food.
The buffet breakfast was a bit simple, so don't have high expectations. Once you're near the MTR station, there are so many Hong Kong delicacies that you'll wish you had more stomachs to try them all.
The hotel offers a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle, with a healing sea view and excellent value for money. The experience was fantastic, and it's definitely on my must-stay list for my next visit to Hong Kong. I'll definitely be back!
GGuest UserThe room was very clean, and the air conditioning was comfortable. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was good for the price. The staff were friendly, and there's a shopping mall nearby. However, the front desk is on the second floor, and after 12 AM, the main entrance is closed, so you have to go through the front to get to the second floor.
SSammy 469891I stayed at the Rambler Oasis Hotel at 1 Tsing Yi Road for work. The hotel is next to Rambler Crest in Tsing Yi. It's quite convenient to get to: from Kwai Fong MTR Station Exit A, you can take the 88G green minibus directly to Rambler Crest, and then it's about a 3-minute walk to the hotel.
Next to the hotel are the Rambler Garden Hotel and the HKIA Flight Transit Centre. The hotel faces Container Terminal 9 in Tsing Yi and the Rambler Channel, offering pleasant views.
The reception is on the ground floor (L5) lobby. Check-in was straightforward, and since no deposit was required, both check-in and check-out were very convenient! I was assigned a room on the 30th floor, the highest floor, and the room offered an expansive, refreshing view.
While the room wasn't huge, the basic amenities were complete. The TV only showed local basic channels, with no cable or satellite TV available. However, given the reasonable price, it offers great value for money!

BBackpacker AmatirEven though the room isn't big, it's comfortable and suitable for a stay, with an affordable price for backpackers. Recommended. The receptionist is friendly. Sometimes the key card for the hotel room errors out, so you have to contact the receptionist. The floor in front of the hotel room can be slippery when it rains.
SSooooiBooked the 'accommodation + water park' package. Not sure if it was because of the black rainstorm, but after checking into the room, I found two large mosquitoes, which initially dampened my mood. However, the front desk service at check-in was excellent; the staff proactively introduced the hotel facilities and the shuttle bus schedule. The hotel buffet was just average, though. For seafood lovers, the selection was extremely limited, with only three options (snow crab, mussels, and shrimp). Luckily, I got it at a discounted price through another platform. If I had paid the original price of $8xx per person, it wouldn't have been good value for money.

AAnonymous UserShangri-La's service and executive lounge food quality are consistently excellent, and this property is no exception. This was my first stay since the rooms were renovated, and I was very impressed. The staff across all departments were professional, kind, and efficient. The executive lounge offered a great variety of food and drinks, and breakfast had many options. I didn't get a chance to use the gym this time, but I'll definitely try it next time.
GGuest UserThis hotel is a top pick on Ctrip for its excellent value! The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with a touch of light luxury. The rooms and restaurant are well-planned and efficiently managed. Our room was spotless, making for a very comfortable and convenient stay. The food selection is thoughtfully put together, offering a rich variety that caters to guests from different countries and with diverse dietary needs. The hotel boasts a prime location with a delightful atmosphere, surrounded by lush green mountains, beautiful scenery, and fresh air. The nearby residential areas are neatly arranged, offering convenient shopping and a vibrant local vibe. Plus, it's less than a 10-minute walk to the subway station and various supermarkets, making getting around incredibly easy! Highly recommend! 💐🌷🌹👍👍👍
