Hotel near Dafni,Dafni-Ymittos
B48 Athens Dafni offers modern, fully equipped studios designed for urban travellers looking for comfort and independence in Athens. Each apartment features a hob, sink, microwave, fridge and contemporary décor that brings warmth and functionality, ideal for both short and mid-length stays. The property sits in the Agios Ioannis area, a step from the metro station of the same name (red line) and just three stops from Athens' historic centre. It's a quiet, residential setting, with cafés, bakeries and traditional Greek taverns just minutes away on foot — perfect for travellers who prefer to stay away from the tourist crowds without giving up easy access to the Acropolis. HOW TO GET THERE: - From the airport: Take the blue line (M3) to Syntagma and change to the red line (M2) towards Elliniko. Get off at Agios Ioannis, three stops after Syntagma. Estimated time: 45-55 minutes. - By car: Head down Leof. Vouliagmenis avenue; the building is at number 164. Free street parking is available nearby, though the property has no private car park. - By bus: The "Aghios Ioannis" stop on Leof. Vouliagmenis (lines 140 and 218) is a couple of minutes' walk from the building. - By tram: There is no tram stop in the Agios Ioannis area. The nearest one is Neos Kosmos (line T6), reachable in one metro stop or about a 10-minute walk; from there the tram connects directly to Zappio and Syntagma. - By metro: Agios Ioannis station (red line, M2) is just a 5-minute walk away — one stop closer to the historic centre than Dafni station. It's just 3 stops from Acropolis station, next to the Acropolis Museum. - By train: From Larissis station, take the red line towards Elliniko and get off at Agios Ioannis (approx. 15-18 minutes, no transfers). - By taxi: You can book with Taxiplon for a reliable service to/from the airport or the city centre.

"Good location a fair distance away from the very crowded city center and tourist attractions, between 2 metro stations with plenty of food options. Not a good location if traveling by car due to lack of parking. Checking in/out was a simple process and the rooms are spacious with many amenities. Only missing washing machines, laundry has to be done at nearby laundromats."

Every sightseeing and location was around the corner. The only small downside was that the shower area was a bit narrow. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel."

This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling as a couple.

"Absolutely perfect stay at Utopia Emou Hotel! We had an incredible experience at this wonderful hotel in Greece. First of all, the location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of everything, yet peaceful and charming. The breakfast was a lovely surprise – not only was it included, but it was served on the top floor with the most breathtaking view of the Greek temple (the Acropolis / Parthenon view is simply unmatched!). Enjoying our morning coffee while looking at that ancient masterpiece was truly a ”no better” moment. To make things even more special, the hotel gave us a corner room – and it had the best view possible. From sunrise to sunset, we couldn’t stop admiring the scenery. Highly recommended for anyone who wants a magical stay in Greece. We will definitely come back!"

"The subway station is very close, and there's a small lounge area downstairs. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The only minor issue was that the small round table was a bit wobbly, but it's fine if you don't put heavy things on it. It's very convenient for walking to nearby attractions."

Hotel near Omonia,Athens
The Chic Hotel is an ideal spot for travelers wanting to discover the city. Visitors to Athens will find that the Chic Hotel is a fantastic accommodation choice. From the hotel, Omonia Railway Station is just 500m away. Just a short walk from Omonoia Metro Station, traveling to most city destinations is a breeze. Guests will find Kerameikos Archaeological Site, Roman Forum of Athens and Museum of Illusions Athens just a short distance from the hotel. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel.

"The hotel's location is excellent. It's right in the city center, within walking distance of the metro. You can see Omonia Square from the window. There's an amazing Greek restaurant and various cafes nearby, and it's not far from the Attica shopping center and a pedestrian street. The hotel itself is in the economy segment, but very decent. It has two elevators, and the balconies are a particularly nice touch. The breakfasts are good. What was disappointing was the lack of a kettle in the room and no way to get hot water for tea in the evening. There were also no mugs in the room. There is a fridge and a safe. The bed linen is clean, and the bathroom is clean. There wasn't a dental kit. Overall, for 2-3 days, it's a good, clean, budget-friendly option!"

Stayed in February 2026. Great location for sightseeing in the Acropolis. I read the word of mouth and knew that the facilities were old, so it was within the acceptable range at all. After all, the cost performance was good. It was good that slippers were prepared. There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so I didn't have any trouble during my stay. I didn't go to the rooftop bar, but the view looked good.

Great hotel for the price I paid. It was clean and had everything I needed. Good views of the Acropolis. It is located a short walk from Monastiraki Station. Room was spacious, clean and quiet despite being in a busy location. Breakfast was sufficient and tasty. I would stay here again!

I traveled to Athens for a business reason. The room was in the center, spacious near shops for coffee and food. It provides paid parking right next to it, so you don't have to look for a place. The service is amazing and the staff is very kind!! I would definitely choose it again!!!

Very good location, metro station is few minutes away and it is on Airport Blue line route. Shopping and Acropolis are around, central to everything. A rooftop bar with acropolis view and a lower ground storage are a bonus. Though the lift is too small can only accommodate 2 or three people, the breakfast is included.

This place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example). The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible. Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log. Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense. Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience.

I'll break this down a bit into the above 4 sections: Cleanliness 5/5 - was awesome and had absolutely no issues at all. Location 4/5 - I put this as a 4 simply because its not right on the doorstep to the Tourist area. Was a about a 10 minute walk. I always prefer to jist book one metro station from the popular spots when traveling as its way cheaper and I like to walk around anyway. Please note Omonia is a bit dodgey compared to Plako (generally there are homeless everywhere though). Just Athens in general. Service 5/5 - 24 hour staffed front deak who can help with everything. Just msg them on WhatsApp. All fluent in English and happy to help. Shout out to George for giving me good advise on how to get to the airport super early (metro starts 5:30am). Amenities 5/5 - I always always make sure I get a place with a washing machine, especially when its 38 degrees out! That paired with the awesome air conditioning and full kitchen (stove, frying pan, pots etc) made the stay really relaxed and pleasant.

1. Love it clean, quiet, quiant, side view of sea and port or small marina (can't tell at night because we checked in late night and left very early the next morning). But lovely. Wish had time to walk. 2. Clean room. 3. When we arrived and saw the dinner buffet which looked good, regretted not getting the half board. But we ordered from their restaurant a la carte menu and it was delicious! 4. One thing to improve is to cover the light on the aircon and the light on the TV, we could find no way to switch off the TV. We are light sleepers so the light which may not disturb others disturbed us a little bit but we put black tape over the TV but could not climb high up to aircon. 5. Too bad we did not have time to use gym or have breakfast there - another regret but front desk Evi helped arrange a breakfast bag for us to take away. If you're checking out early like us, ask for breakfast bags to take away and they gladly oblige. However, food in the breakfast bag is not as nice as having breakfast in the hotel :( I saw none of the items reviewers talked about but I told myself it is ok because they packed before breakfast hours. To get our money's worth, I must eat their breakfast in future.

First of all, the hotel staff are so nice incl. receptionists, breakfast lady, room attendants, etc. They all smile at you and greet you, very polite and helpful. We also booked 1 triple room for 3 adults but they gave us 2 double rooms with the same price of course although they had to move us to ground floor the 2nd day due to some electrical defaults in one of the rooms as it was newly renovated, which didnt bother us at all. We happily moved. Also free water bottles in the fridge included, all the necessary amenities were there, no kettle to boil water or cups for hot drinks were provided in the room but if you ask them, hot water provided at the hotel reception 24/7 also free tea, coffee and hot water for all guests provided from 3-9pm! Rooms were decent sized with comfy and clean beds, daily room service, breakfast was good and plenty and included in the room price, so cant complain! More hot food options would have been nice but it was continental which still was adequate. 5/5 stars
