This hotel boasts a convenient location in the heart of Jiangmen, complete with its own underground parking. It's also right near Wanda Plaza and Huiyue City, making shopping incredibly easy. The hotel facilities and equipment are all very new, and both the front desk and room staff are exceptionally friendly. Plus, there's an executive lounge on the 21st floor offering great views of Jiangmen city. I was very satisfied with this stay and would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

Had a fantastic stay at the Yingbin International Hotel! What really stood out was the warm and thoughtful welcome from the front desk staff, especially the lovely lady at reception. She made me feel truly at home from the moment I arrived. The shuttle service logistics staff were also incredibly considerate and helped me with my luggage. Thumbs up!

Elena at the front desk was so welcoming and efficient; check-in was a breeze, and she was quick to respond to all our requests, making us feel right at home. The hotel's location is super convenient, close to Gongbei Port, and right downstairs from the Fuhuali commercial area, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-designed. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was of good quality. We had a great experience this time and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Zhuhai.

The environment and kids' facilities are great! The staff are very polite, and there were even some small activities during Chinese New Year that the kids really enjoyed. On the second night, we were upgraded to a twin-bed room with a hot tub in area B, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Xinghu Lake is right behind the hotel, and it's a short walk to Qianyan Village where there are many restaurants and small bars. Dining and having coffee by the lake is very relaxing! Even though there was a small incident, the hotel staff were quick to help resolve it. The service was excellent and very thoughtful!

Amenities: The complementary items were great, but it's a shame the TV doesn't support screen mirroring from phones. Cleanliness: Very good. Environment: Downstairs is the Lihe business district, making it very convenient for food tours. Service: The attitude was excellent, but you have to go downstairs to pick up your takeout.

Unbeatable location! Just a short walk to Sunwen pedestrian & the area by the bridge was beautiful at night. Hotel room was comfortable & as usual with Atour hotels trademark - we enjoyed the free laundry plus service buggy placing our wet clothes into the dryer & upon finishing - clothes were folded & returned to our room. This is a huge plus point for us as we have a very long trip. The only feedback I'd like the hotel management to take note is that the entrance to the hotel lobby is a few flight of stairs - you can see the photo here. For senior citizens, it is challenging to lift up our large bags. There was no one to help us to lift up the bags. A ramp by the side of the stairs would be helpful.

Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are still decent, as expected from a long-standing five-star hotel. It's comparable to the Crowne Plaza across the street. The breakfast is quite generous with a good variety of options, and the staff clear tables quickly. You need a bit of patience when getting yogurt, though, as the dispenser is small and slow. This time, I stayed in an executive twin room for two nights, and the executive lounge benefits were upgraded directly to two nights of buffet dinner, which was a fantastic deal! It immediately made the price increase for Chinese New Year feel totally worth it!!!

On my last night in Zhuhai, I was really torn about which hotel to book. I originally considered Hanting or Chaoman, as they seemed closer and newer, which would be better for catching an early train. But after a lot of looking, I settled on this one. It wasn't much more expensive, and I could even see the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. After checking in, I realized I made the perfect choice! The room was super clean and even had a safety rail, which is a lifesaver when traveling with a young child. All the amenities and items were complete and well-stocked! I was truly satisfied. The laundry room has a washer-dryer combo that dries clothes really well and leaves them smelling fresh. The roasted goose rice downstairs was also delicious. The biggest surprise was that there's a covered walkway directly from the hotel entrance (just across a small road) all the way to Zhuhai Station. Haha, I feel like I hit the jackpot! Next time I'm in Zhuhai, I absolutely have to stay here!

Throughout my stay, the hotel's service was consistently satisfying. The front desk staff were efficient and friendly during check-in, room service was prompt, and the restaurant staff were attentive and thoughtful. What truly stood out was the strong festive atmosphere celebrating the Chinese New Year – the lobby was decorated in vibrant reds, with Chinese knots, paper-cuts, and New Year ornaments everywhere. The background music played soft, festive melodies. This elegant yet warm New Year ambiance made the hotel feel exceptionally welcoming and personal during the holiday season in Meizhou.

The hotel's location is superb, right by the subway exit, making transportation incredibly convenient. The facilities are smart and modern, and it's super easy to get to Huaqiangbei Shopping Mall. Tina provided excellent and thoughtful service. I was very satisfied with the room arrangement; the high floor offered a great view. The hotel's breakfast buffet was also extensive, and having a laundry room and gym was very convenient. Overall, a fantastic stay! I'll definitely come back if I have the chance. Five-star rating!
