My stay in Marriot Petra is beyond my expectations. The location is great, you could see nice views of Petra from the swimming pool in the hotel. Plus the hotel is super quiet and peaceful ❤️ The staff are super kind, friendly and attentive. Special thanks to Mr. Mohammed , the assistant manager in the front office , he is a very kind and friendly person, delivering a great service and kind attitude when interacting with the guest . I would like to recommend this hotel for your Petra stay .

A Fantastic, Value-for-Money Stay with Exceptional Hospitality I recently stayed at Hotel Petra Gate and had an overall wonderful experience. This hotel is an excellent choice for travelers looking for exceptional value and genuine, personal service. The most outstanding feature of this hotel is without a doubt the owner. He is incredibly polite, soft-spoken, and went far out of his way to ensure my stay was comfortable. He expertly arranged very affordable cab services for all my travel needs and was invaluable in guiding my sightseeing, offering helpful tips and advice that greatly enhanced my trip. The hotel itself offers great value for money. A lovely perk is the self-serve coffee and tea service available in the kitchen at any time—a perfect way to start the morning or unwind in the evening. Petra - Wonder of the World is just 1.5km away from this hotel.

We arrived in Petra with suitcases via the JETT bus, so minimizing the distance we had to walk with luggage was a key consideration — and this hotel was a great fit. Pros: • Excellent location — about a 2-minute walk from the JETT bus drop-off point and the Petra Visitor Center; nearby there are restaurants, souvenir shops, and small grocery stores. • Communicating with staff in English was fine, and they were friendly. • Good variety in the breakfast buffet. • The room included a sofa, which was a nice touch. • The room was quiet. • Heating/air-conditioning worked well. • A large bottle of water was provided in the room. Cons: • The door stopper on the floor was placed in the narrow walkway next to the sofa — I accidentally kicked it a few times, which was painful. Not the best design choice.

Petra was an amazing experience for us. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this beautiful place. The Nomad Hotel is pretty strategically located near the Petra Visitor Centre, provided you have a car or someone is driving you. It's still a walkable distance but on the way back it can be strenuous as you have to climb uphill to where the hotel is located. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our room was not really spacious so we had to manage a bit with our large suitcases. But the bed was comfy and we had a good sleep. The view from the rooftop was fantastic. Breakfast was adequate, nothing too fancy but it served its purpose. There is a resident dog called Lucy who is very friendly.

The front desk staff Jawad is very helpful and give good guidance on how to walk around Petra . He is very friendly and caring too! He help me to call the bus to go to wadi rum in early morning and wake up early to make sure the bus do come and pick me up. The hotel room is nice, I don’t have any comment on that, but just one thing. During my visit it was Muslim holiday and all night and early morning also have loud prayer sound from the nearby mosques….. can’t really sleep for the whole night …. Yet this is not the hotel problem . The breakfast is wonderful. Have lot of option and delicious too ! In all, I am happy for my stay . Thank you

It’s new beautiful hotel. Room are so comfortable and nice and clean. Very nice view from the hotel. Staff are friendly It’s around 8-10 mins drive from Petra visiting center. Only good if you drive. Breakfast is good a few selections Restaurant is over priced comparing with 5 stars Movenpick which cost only 20-30% price difference but huge difference quality. The small veggie soup cost 4 JD. Totally over priced. The fish was over grilled. Free shuttle within certain hours. You have to pay after you check out if using the shuttle and leave your luggage Service was dramatically decreased after you check out. Kind of disappointed.

It's true that you have to go up to the 4th floor by the iron stairs. Am I right on these stairs?? Do you really have to go up on this?? If you feel it, the stairs are right. The staff are really friendly. I want to go again because of this. They lent me a towel as well, and I was really impressed. If you have dinner, I recommend paying for it here. It's the most honest here. Don't go out and buy it at the supermarket. We sell everything at the accommodation, so I recommend buying water or something like that at the accommodation.

The hotel's location is absolutely unbeatable, right across from Petra. The facilities and rooms are good, but the service could use some improvement. Overall, it's the best hotel option for visiting Petra.

The hotel is very clean and nice view of petra with very friendly owner. The local kitchen is also very nice food, we order lamb mansaf which was perfect!

예약내역 확인하는데 문제가 있었는데도 사장님이 친절하게 맞이해주시고 해결해주셨어요 호텔 직원분이 식당도 추천해줬는데 직원뷴둘 다들 친절하시고 숙소도 페트라까지 걸어서 2-30분이면 가서 저렴한 가격치고 숙고가 좋았습니다~! 이불이 넘 포근 해서 꿀잠잤고 조식뷰가 진짜 미쳤어요!!
