The hotel is beautiful and clean, but the location. Near the industrial is its advantage that it's four minutes away from Mount Aten, and it's got ground parks, it's got four swimming pools, two adults, one for young people, and one for the hotel staff, a top of respect and cooperation.
Friendly staff the only bad thing I can mention got nothing to do with the hotel but is the taxi drivers who wait outside in front of the street at the hotel. If you use the otaxi app they will respond and tell you you have to pay double price. You better of renting a car or book a taxi with the otaxi app from a location nearby.
It was a very good experience staying in this hotel. The staff are all kind. The location is excellent. The food is very good. Parking is available. All services are close to you. Thank you.
I was very happy with staying at this hotel. I planned to stay one night, but I liked it so much in the hotel that I extended it for another day. Thank you very much Mohammed for the free room improvement. I would like to note that the hotel staff are very responsive and they have made my stay pleasant. Breakfast in Arabic style, very delicious - Arab cheese, olive oil, vegetables, eggs, coffee. There are many cafes and shops near the hotel. To the beach to drive a taxi about 15 minutes, walking about an hour.
Hilton Hotel is very close to the Salalah free zone, just across the street. It costs 10 Omani riyals from the airport, which is not too outrageous. I hope this can help more domestic friends.
I stayed at Fanar Hotel in Salalah as a solo traveler and had a great time. The location is beautiful, right by the beach, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. I really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and easy access to nearby attractions. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay 🤗
This hotel is really a pleasant surprise! The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the soundproofing is excellent, and I slept well until dawn. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, and responsive. The breakfast is rich and delicious. I will stay here again next time!
I was on a business trip and booked a one-living room and two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and balcony, which was pretty good, but there was only one bathroom. The hotel is integrated with a shopping mall, which is the second largest shopping mall in Salalah. There is a good restaurant with Arabic and Indian food. There are more European and American tourists staying here, but the breakfast is more localized and average, but fortunately there is Indian milk tea to make up for it.
We sat in the hotel for 3 nights and mr .adnan ( Omani man ) he give us upgrade of the room to a villa with a private pool and the name of the room was (oile) in Arabic words ( zaytona)
The resort was a series of hotels (Grand Hyatt)
The location is an hour away from Salalah, which made the place quieter and far from the noise, the sound of the sea and the lights at night makes you live an experience between (the desert and the sea)
The service of the staff in the hotel is one of the best things possible and the existing schedule and events carried out by the hotel for guests indicates their interest without the need to go down to Salalah.
The hotel is a place to settle and enjoy the tranquillity of nature without the need to go to another place.
Cleanliness of the place, food, cleaning of rooms, service of the staff through diversification in hospitality to express their welcome to guests.
There are classes to learn the cook and the offers offered by the spa to guests.
The hotel's appreciation of the employees by honouring them and celebrating them, which I found in the place of residence, which reflects on the employee's giving the inmate everything he needs with love.
The experience in general is 100%, it deserves every word of thanks.

GGuest UserA great hotel for the price. It's not by the sea, but there's a minibus to the beach. There are two malls nearby, and the hotel has a nice park where locals come to relax. It's a great hangout spot with plenty of shops and restaurants to suit every budget. The rooms are large, clean, and well-maintained. The food is good and varied. I opted for half board. The beach has sun loungers and towels, and there's a villa where you can get a drink and wash up. The beach is gorgeous, with clean white sand and few people. The hotel has a pool on site, but the water is very cold. The staff is very friendly! There are very few Russians, and they were genuinely happy to see us!

CCorinne_UAEOverall one of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Side note; I live in the UAE, where 5 stars hotel are really common.
The rooms are spacious, beautifully designed, the beds super comfy and the washrooms are every woman's dream (lightning, mirrors and amouage amenities).
Staff is super attentive, accommodating and naturally friendly. They actually love what they do and we as guests can feel it's authenticity - which makes everything dining experience really special. The food was beyond delicious and the variety in the buffet made it hard to choose and even harder to not overeat.
Congratulations to the management and leadership of the hotel team - you truly do an amazing job.
I will definitely be back!
GGuest UserThere is a spa and a restaurant. It is like a resort. There is a golf cart for pick-up. The service is good and the room is OK. The facilities are a bit old. It is just in time for the tourist season. The hotel is full. Overall it is OK.
JjapomanAlthough we arrived late at night, the wonderful, smiling welcome soothed our travel fatigue. I was deeply moved by the true essence of Omani hospitality. The room was spacious, clean, and immaculate. I ordered a tuna sandwich from room service, which was reasonably priced and delicious. They also quickly addressed a problem with the safe. The service was kind and humble.
I stayed for four nights, and each morning I enjoyed Arabic coffee and dates in the lobby, and the smiles of the front desk staff made me happy. It's a shame I didn't have time to try the spa. The rooftop pool, while not very large, was very nice. I highly recommend this hotel! I'd love to stay again!
AAnonymous UserThis is a great hotel.Thank you very much to all the staff.
First, the location of the hotel is amazing. It is near the airport, and in a quiet, pleasant place. There are McDonalds in the neighboring house, opposite the hotel shopping center with a big supermarket.Guidance was easy to get us out of there,no problem with searching.
Second, convenience. The hotel is made in traditional style. It is very clean.Towels,papers,champagne,fent,water-all you need to eat.Breakfast is excellent.Food is fresh, diversified and delicious.Thank you very much, chef.
But the main thing is the staff. They are ready to help with everything. We haven't met so many human staff in a long time.
Thank you for this wonderful place.Good day.Of course I recommend it to everyone.
GGuest UserExcellent Hotel/Resort location, service, and staff. The only shortcoming was cleanliness in the lobby toilets especially near the restaurant. It needs close attention and follow up with house keeping responsible for continuous monitoring and far frequent checks by responsible janitors.
I was impressed by the high caliber executive of facility, Mr. Omar Shahin, and front desk manager Mr. Mena who demonstrated exceptional skills in addressing concerns we raised about the room assigned to us. Their quiet demeanor and wisdom truly made it up for our entire stay.
Keep up the excellent work gentlemen & ladies.
