The rooms are clean and tidy. The first floor is a bit damp, but higher floors are fine. Recommended: Sea view, clear swimming pool, three meals included, free bottled water, 24-hour hot water. You can also opt for a private kitchen, BBQ, bubble tea, and entertainment like KTV and Mahjong. Downsides: Occasionally, there's a faint smell of dead rats and sewage from the outdoor patio. The tap water is yellowish, there are frequent power outages, and the 4G network is poor.

On the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they can’t see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception, I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas. Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night. Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid.

Extremely satisfied! The location is convenient and it's a huge plus that they have a Chinese chef. It felt just like home, very comfortable. The front desk service was also excellent.

This is a hotel first and foremost, then a restaurant. However, I feel they haven't quite sorted out their priorities. The hotel's service (software) is fine, but the facilities (hardware) don't measure up. The renovation seems a bit slapdash, probably just a quick refresh. Some of the older fixtures and fittings were simply covered up. While you can't see them, you can definitely smell them, as there's a persistent musty odor in the room that won't dissipate. Soundproofing is practically nonexistent. You don't even need loud noises; just people walking down the hallway, and their footsteps come through crystal clear into the room. As for the restaurant, the food tastes good, and the portion sizes are generous. What I can't quite understand, though, are the several dogs roaming around near the food serving area, shaking their fur.

The hotel service was excellent and very welcoming. There's a Chinese chef, and the food was delicious and beautifully prepared. The environment is lovely, and the location is super convenient, making it easy to get around. Plus, there's security, so it feels very safe. The attentive service and clean, tidy rooms are a huge plus. Definitely five stars! From now on, when I'm on a business trip in Lagos, Sister Zhou Hotel will be my first choice. The hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other days—the meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Lagos for a business trip, and it turned into an unforgettable experience! From check-in to check-out, every detail was flawlessly executed. The room was a sanctuary of comfort – spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. The plush bedding, sleek bathroom, and skyline views from the floor-to-ceiling windows made it hard to leave! Perfect for both work (great desk setup) and relaxation. The staff here truly shines! Special thanks to the staff who greeted me warmly and sorted every request with lightning speed. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and the concierge offered spot-on recommendations for exploring Lagos.

Four Points is a good hotel and location for a business trip, and it met my expectations. Internet stability and connectivity in my room was good enough for basic use and calls, but I was involved in some more intensive work during my trip and found I could not access functions which required more bandwidth as easily as I would have liked. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, although the shower wasn't always hot in the morning. Staff were excellent, and very helpful, although the ATM machine was not reliable and had run out of cash when I needed to pay for a cab. Overall, it's a dependable and pleasant hotel and I'd be happy to stay there again.

The room was very clean, and the manager was incredibly welcoming and enthusiastic. It's about a 20-minute drive from the airport, which is super convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Lagos. Highly recommend!
