After reporting that the mini-fridge door in my room was stuck upon checkout and waiting 2 hours for a resolution that didn't come, the front desk clerk promptly refunded me one night's stay. My customer satisfaction is directly 👍

TTriciaMy husband and I came to Hilton Lake Las Vegas to spend our 7th wedding anniversary. Check in went very smoothly. Shortly after our check in we received a complimentary bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries. It was a very welcoming surprise which we genuinely appreciated. We had booked a couples massage at their spa and were very pleased with their services. It was quite relaxing and exactly what we needed! Our room was very clean and quiet. We ordered in room service for breakfast and the food was very much to our liking! We’ve stayed at this resort several times prior and have always been pleased with our stay there. We will definitely be back!

AAnonymous UserWe booked two rooms for four people, but the front desk thought we were all staying in one room because it was quite spacious. The facilities are a bit old, but clean. There's shower gel and shampoo, two paper cups, and a mini-fridge. However, there's no toothpaste, toothbrushes, or slippers. From the room, you can see the Big Ball and the Ferris wheel.

From the smooth and efficient check-in process to the attentive assistance throughout my stay, every team member was friendly, patient, and helpful. Their thoughtful service made me feel welcomed and comfortable during my short visit.
In addition, the hotel facilities exceeded my expectations. My room was clean, well-maintained, and cozy, with a comfortable layout and nice amenities. The overall environment of the hotel is elegant and tidy, and the iconic tower brings a unique and amazing view of Las Vegas. The quiet and pleasant atmosphere allowed me to have a relaxing rest after a long day of travel.
I truly had a fantastic experience at The STRAT Hotel. Your high-quality service, great location, and excellent facilities have left me with wonderful and unforgettable memories of my trip to Las Vegas.

GGuest UserOur 11th trip to vegas and our 15th different hotel. First time we've stayed in Fremont street district and we loved it! The lady when we checked in was awesome. So friendly. No queue and no fuss. Dropped the bags, parked the car and we were done. Lovely big room with a super comfy bed and a massive tv. Lovely being so close to Fremont Street but far enough away that the noise and craziness doesn't bother you. You can walk straight out of the hotel across the walkway into California and then cross the road straight into Circa or into Binions. Literally five minutes to the action on Fremont Street. We both love the decoration and all the antiques inside Main Street station, very cool and completely different to anything else. Will definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserWe had arrived early Saturday well before check in time and the service desk made it very easy for my wife and I to check our bags in prior to our room being ready, this was so convenient and much appreciated. The hotel was very clean however rhe elevators leave a. It to be desired, they could definitely use some sprucing up as far as cleaning goes and decor, several elevator doors were peeling apart and the floors were filthy.
Our room was adequate although when I was prompted to upgrade my room, it showed as being a king size instead I was given two queen size beds which didn't make much sense for my wife and I. Also, the bathroom inside our room was very bare and didn't offer a lot of space or any amenities which was very disappointing.
All that being said, we enjoyed our stay as this will become an annual trip for the Run for a Million Horse Reigning Championship at The Southpoint Hotel.

FFanglitongI was exhibiting at the adjacent convention center, and this is the closest hotel in all of LV. The hotel has a direct walkway to the exhibition hall (only about a 10-meter walk outside), so you don't have to go out onto the street. Of course, you could go the long way around, but you'd just get more sun. I stayed on the 13th floor; outside the window was a residential area, with desert hills in the distance. You could see the big Sphere from the elevator lobby. The hotel's ground floor has a casino, and the lack of breakfast is a major drawback. The room had a sofa but no desk, which was inconvenient for extended computer use. The window couldn't be opened. The overall decor felt dated, not as modern and new as high-end hotels in China. Additionally, there's a parking lot about 50 meters in front of the hotel, unmanned, costing $10 a day for self-payment. My Chinese phone couldn't access the payment system, so I had to keep going back and forth to the front desk for help. There's a monorail station nearby (I didn't check prices or routes), and across the street is a gas station. It's only one street away from the LV Strip, and about a 30-minute walk to the Wynn Hotel (where we rented our car from Hertz). Across from the exhibition hall, there are dining options like McDonald's, Denny's, Taco Bell, Vietnamese restaurants, Korean BBQ, and Indian food. Overall, it's decent and very convenient for exhibiting.

AAnonymous UserGood location and beautiful castle theme hotel ! When I step inside, feel like stepping into middle ages fairytales ! I like the shower, the hot water get warm very quickly. Cleanliness may need some improvement, the toilet seat surrounding wasn’t cleaned, I helped to clean it before using it. The ceiling and door had some rust and broken pieces, but they didn’t bother me. Overall is a good experience. I will recommend it.
