The hotel is magnificent! Located in the center of the old town, a 5-minute walk from all the attractions of Colonia del Sacramento. The hotel building is historic. The rooms are bright and comfortable, equipped with everything you need. The breakfasts are varied, and there's a small pool on site.

Excellent service, cordiality in the attention, the willingness of the staff to resolve any situation. The carpet in the room is requiring a change, which does not affect the excellent good care!

Lo bueno: -Ubicación: Excelente, pleno centro. A pocas cuadras de la terminal. -La atención del personal excelente, super amables. Habitacion: camas super cómodas y buena presión del agua de la ducha y temperatura . - En cada piso, hay una heladerita y pava eléctric a para el uso común. - Desayuno acordé al precio. Lo malo: Habitacion: El inodoro perdía agua por los costados y no funcionaba el botón. -La pileta: Muy sucia. Había hasta mechones de pelo.

It is a beautiful property with all the details carefully. It is close to everything. Comfortable and well-common room, good shower, there was wifi in my room in addition to the common places.The staff is friendly and they solve what they are present.The only flojo is breakfast and safe can improve it (There are no housewife sweets, no fibers or fruit salad, very washed coffee) I would surely come back

The location is excellent, facing the coast, less than 2 km from the city center and with supermarkets nearby. The staff is friendly and very willing to respond to any concerns from guests. The room has a mini bar and electric jug, which is extremely useful. The facilities are pleasant and in excellent hygienic conditions, particularly the heated pool area, which is extremely enjoyable (it is available to guests from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.) As a suggestion, it would be interesting if they offered the option of full tea in the afternoon. Although the hotel has a restaurant, there are also some options nearby that can save you from a pinch. Definitely a place to return to!

Experience was good, there was no light on the kichenet and there is a little cloaca smell also has no light on the Placard , the other was very good The bathroom is a little small and unstable for cosmetics or deodorant Very good the plug , the rest and the rest of the facilities

The beds were extremely comfortable and the view was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room Was missing coffee and a bath mat for the shower. Overall it was a great stay. The pool outside was beautiful and clean, unfortunately the hot tub was absolutely disgusting. The water was swamp green and hadn't been cleaned properly .

Hotel is excellent in terms of facilities and location, I have stayed here before. Generally I am a big fan of this hotel. However this booking was not as great because of the poor service, I was unable to make my reservation due to flight delays and the staff was not very understanding to cancel and refund or even just to move the dates of the reservation. This will make me think twice about booking here again in the future.

No conocía el hotel, me lo habían recomendado y fui por la ubicación, luego de alojarnos realmente no voy a ir a otro lugar en Colonia, todo es excelente allí, desde el trato incial en recepción, la limpieza, el orden, la distribución del hotel, el desayuno, las piscinas. Realmente uno de los mejores hoteles. Muy recomendable!

The room we had was quite outdated, and smelled damp so we went straight in to open the window. There were no plugs near the nightstands, in fact there was only one plug in the room so charging devices was an odyssey. The buffet breakfast was of very good quality but the strange thing was that you had to choose from afar what you wanted and the staff served it to you. The heated pool is a great place to go at this time of year. The location is very good, you are a block and a half from the main street and a few blocks from the historic center.
