Getting here is a breeze, whether you're driving or using public transport. A skybridge connects directly to the Bridgeport SkyTrain station, with the Canada Line offering direct access to YVR Vancouver Airport (just 3 stops, 10 minutes) and downtown Vancouver (20 minutes). Bus route 620 to Tsawwassen Ferry Terminal (for Victoria ferries) is right downstairs. The Richmond Night Market and the Outlet Mall are within walking distance, and major highways are easily accessible for drivers. The hotel boasts a huge indoor parking lot with reasonable rates and even EV charging stations. Guests can park on P2 or P3. The rooms are spacious, and the bedding is soft. High-floor rooms offer stunning views of the Fraser River and the marina, with excellent night views. If you're lucky, you might even get a free suite upgrade! Overall hygiene is excellent, with daily room cleaning. Standard amenities include a mini-fridge, coffee machine, and bathrobes. Facilities include an indoor heated pool with a children's water slide, a gym, a spa, an in-house casino, a Cantonese dim sum restaurant, Starbucks, and several other Chinese and Western restaurants. Located in the heart of Richmond's Chinese community, the hotel is surrounded by numerous Asian supermarkets and Chinese restaurants. It's more affordable than downtown Vancouver hotels, making it a top choice for car rentals upon arrival or airport transits. Having been open for years, some lower-floor rooms show signs of age with limited power outlets and average soundproofing. Occasional noise from planes and trains can be heard due to its proximity to railway tracks and flight paths. Cigarette smoke from the casino can sometimes drift into adjacent floors. If you're sensitive to smoke, prioritize a high-floor, non-smoking room. The dining options are just okay; the buffet breakfast is pricey, and fast food reviews are mediocre. It's more cost-effective to dine at one of Richmond's excellent Chinese restaurants nearby. When booking, request a high-floor, river-view, non-smoking room to avoid lower-floor rooms on the casino side.

Great service! Good clean gym and pool area. Very accommodating with breakfast early as we needed to leave for a 6:40am cab to the airport. $26 fare from this hotel to airport. We recommend this hotel

This hotel is under Marriott and is well managed by friendly staff at the front desk. Check-in and check-out are quick and smooth. Indoor guest car parking is just across the street for $9.45. The spacious rooms and bathrooms have significant counter areas decorated with bright lights. Ice machines are on every floor. Washing and drying machines are available for $3 each. The indoor swimming pool opens from 7am to 11pm, and the gym is open 24/7. The only downside was the coil of the air conditioning was installed in the room, so you will hear the big noise when the coil starts to work the room temperature colder.

Overall, it is a pleasant hotel for a short stay in downtown. Despite the Karma Lounge currently being under renovation, the hotel arranged a room dining service for breakfast as an alternative, which is acceptable and yummy. The hotel staff are helpful and kind. The location is close to down town, 5 to 10 minute walk to Robson Streetfor shopping, 1 block away has a supermarket and some nice reastieant eg The keg steak house.

Well, it’s not bad balance between price and quality. The pool didn’t work, no breakfast. There was a very strong smell of smoke in the corridors on the floors, but the room was fine.

The hotel is very clean and has good facilities. From the window, you can see the distant mountains and the beautiful scenery in the morning and evening. The coffee and light meals in the lobby downstairs, especially the freshly made French fries, seasoned with beer, were very crispy and delicious. I ordered several times in a row. In the end, the waiter gave me a big plate and said that if I couldn’t finish it, I could take it back to the room to eat. Eat slowly. An unforgettable northern town.

The scenery is very good, the service is good, especially there is a swimming pool with a landscape and a hot tub where you can take photos and check in, leaving wonderful memories of the trip.

The resort and the room we had were soo Beautiful, we really enjoyed our one day here! Amazing view on the golf court, a big room and bathroom and everything was well decorated, very modern. Also, if you’re a light sleeper, do not worry, it is very well soundproofed. Anyway, everything was perfect so 10/10, will recommend!

I am writing to formally express my very serious dissatisfaction regarding the condition of my room and the overall standard of service during my stay. To be completely honest, the situation is far below what any reasonable guest would expect from a hotel of this category and price level. There is clearly long-term dust accumulation on the exhaust fan and in multiple corners of the room. This is not a matter of minor housekeeping oversight for a day or two it reflects a prolonged lack of proper maintenance and cleaning standards. Such conditions are unacceptable for a property that presents itself as a luxury establishment. Even more concerning is the foul, rotten odor coming from the sink water. Every time I brush my teeth or wash my hands, the unpleasant smell is immediately noticeable and deeply disturbing. This raises not only comfort issues, but also serious concerns about hygiene and water safety. At this level of accommodation, guests should never have to question the basic quality of the water provided in their room. I strongly believe this matter requires immediate professional inspection. I chose to stay at your hotel and willingly paid a premium rate because I expected a premium experience including cleanliness, attention to detail, and reliable service. Unfortunately, what I have encountered so far reflects a significant gap between the price charged and the quality delivered. In addition, despite leaving a tip for housekeeping and placing a written note clearly requesting replenishment, my shampoo was not refilled. I was eventually forced to go into the corridor to find another staff member for assistance. Cotton swabs were also not replenished for three consecutive days. These are very basic service expectations that should not require repeated reminders from guests. Taken together, these issues have had a substantial negative impact on my stay and overall impression of the hotel. I find this situation extremely disappointing and frankly inconsistent with the reputation and standards your brand claims to uphold. I would appreciate it if management could review this matter seriously and provide a clear and appropriate resolution.

LLLTYDThe counter staff was so kind to accommodate us in the handicapped room when I requested for it. Everything in the room looked great except that there was no real cabinet for clothing. And they only provided 2 hangers (I attached a photo). The hotel is surrounded by different restaurants and malls. A short walk to Walmart and Lansdowne Centre. Nearby skytrain station and bus stops. Parking lot is huge and can accommodate a lot of cars (with a minimal parking fee if you’re a hotel guest).

GGuest UserAbsolutely stunning view. Cabin was older but very charming, we made the most of the fireplace in the room and enjoyed a view of the lake from our balcony. Bathroom was clean with everything we needed. Coffee also provided in the room which was nice. I read the beds were uncomfortable on other reviews and I’d partially agree - not the best but again not the main reason or expectation for visiting emerald lake. I will say the pillows were extremely thin and uncomfortable.  Staff were very friendly and attentive. Shuttle service was easy. Restaurant was pricey but overall good. No wifi or signal in the room is something to be aware of, but heightened the experience in my opinion. Overall, great!

KkymcuraHotel a bit outdated, soundproofing not very good. But apart from that, everything went well, location is in a safe and convenient place for public transpo. Cozy room. Only wish 2 things were available: slippers (bec the floor becomes very cold) and drinking water.

SSteven C KFor the price, it is very sufficient. Many aspects of the room felt outdated, but it was all fully functional and clean with no problems. Personally I prefer it this way since you get the savings and the function which is what really matter. Staff were all nice and I loved that I could check in at 2AM with staff available to assist me.

GGuest UserThe hotel service was great, and the coffee was delicious. We stayed for 6 nights in total. I had a cup of coffee every day, but on the last day, it was just watery, I wonder why? We arrived early on check-in day, and the front desk staff, wanting us to have a comfortable stay, upgraded our room since we were staying for 5 nights. However, the toilet in the bathroom had a slight leak. We didn't switch rooms because it wasn't a major issue, and we were out all day anyway. The hotel's location is excellent; you can actually walk to most places, or take the bus or subway. There are many diverse food options nearby, including Asian and American cuisine. At night, the area downstairs is very lively with many nightclubs. The hotel room provided an umbrella, which is essential as Vancouver is a rainy city, and a safe. The bathroom and room size were both quite decent. But I wonder if booking through Trip.com means the rooms and beds would be smaller?

GGuest UserPlace is located at the Main Street. Staffs are so friendly and fast in their service. Room is clean and the amenities are pretty complete (especially as family of four, the mini fridge, plates, spoons, knife, cups, microwave, are very helpful). The only unpleasant thing is we can hear our neighbors talking and they are pretty loud, but not during the night.

GGuest UserWhile there are fewer amenities, I was travelling with a friend and the hotel gave us a connecting room (two rooms with a shared door). It was clean, and provided enough space and privacy for both of us. It wasn’t luxurious, but it offered good value for the price and met our needs for a short stay.
