The water pressure in the room would periodically cut out, making it inconvenient to shower sometimes. It was also chilly in the room at night. We asked for a heater, but the hotel said they didn't have any. We were freezing. The hairdryer in the room didn't work! That's a real problem for women, as you can't dry your hair. The rooms in the hotel are spacious. There's a train station not far from the hotel, so you can take a train to a nearby city. Beautiful trains and beautiful views.

Hotel Colline Dalat is an excellent place to stay in the heart of the city. The hotel is conveniently located next to the Dalat Market and within walking distance to many restaurants, cafés, and attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a pleasant stay. The staff are friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. The breakfast offers a good variety of delicious choices. Overall, it is a great hotel with good service, a perfect location, and a comfortable atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Dalat.
Overall, it's not bad. The location is good, with a beautiful view of the garden (I recommend waking up early to watch the sunrise). The room was quite clean, with toothbrushes/soap/shower gel/razor/comb, as well as two bottles of water and coffee.
Cons:
- Upon check-in, the room smelled damp, and it doesn't look quite like the photo.
- Bring earplugs, as you won't be able to sleep without them. In the evening, there was a karaoke bar right next door, and the alarm kept going off all night, allowing you to hear conversations, the TV in the next room, etc. The guy in charge wasn't very friendly, but rather indifferent. In the morning, when we handed over the keys, there was a friendlier employee.
Be careful with the bed. The sides are very wide, and when you walk at night, you only see the white sheets and not the sides. I hurt my leg really badly, twice, and now I'm left with a huge bruise for the rest of my vacation (but it's not the hotel's fault, just be careful).

The hotel isn't bad, and it's not far from the city center. There's a good place to eat nearby. However, the access isn't very convenient, and the rooms were a bit tired.
Otherwise, everything is great, good for a couple of nights.

A very exquisite hotel with a continental design and very comfortable colors 😌
You can check in on every floor
Although the hotel is not very big, I like the environment very much and the price is affordable.
There are many similar hotels nearby. This hotel has a high cost.
15 minutes away from the night market and easy to get to Biandu
We stayed in the forest room with its own private fire area, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature made it the perfect place to relax. Sitting by the fire at night in the middle of the forest felt very cozy and special. The room was clean, comfortable, and well prepared.
We also highly recommend the Mo Bistro restaurant and breakfast. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully prepared. Breakfast had a good variety and was a perfect way to start the day in such a beautiful environment. The restaurant staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again.
I was lucky to book a room with a direct view of the lake just as I wanted, and I loved it! It has a relaxing, chill vibe like being in some fairytale land. The staff was extremely helpful, Staff handled the shuttle service, who left a strong impression on me. The room's quality is decent, and if it could improve a bit more, it would be the best in Da Lat!, will come back again!
An amazing place to stay, suitable for families, groups of friends, or solo travellers who don't care about the typical downtown scene of Mui Ne, which can be quite loud and crowded. The hotel is located 30 minutes' drive away from town. The beach is right across the hotel, and you can get seafood at the restaurants by the beach. Alternative food options are available at diners located on the ground floors of various buildings. There are convenience stores for quick snacks and basic toiletries as well. Make sure to bring enough cash if you are a foreigner because most of the businesses there only take QR payment or cash. The nearest ATM is 15 minutes drive away, on the roadside.
It can be a little troublesome if you have your own transportation as calling a cab via Grab or SM app will take awhile to get a driver, due to the location. Again, if you are just there to chill for a few days, you don't really need to leave that place.
It was a last minute booking that was made on the same day, however, Huy contacted me moments after I booked the room and guided me on which bus company to book that'll bring me to the accomodation directly, and briefed me on the check in procedure. His help and support is much appreciated.
I booked a queen bed and was given a twin bed upon check in. It was late (11pm) when I arrived due to traffic. Gratefully, Huy immediately helped resolve the issue by assigning me to another room in a different building. There were some issues with the door lock as well which he also immediately sent someone down to fix. Huy is always super responsive no matter the timing when I needed his help.
A classical dame that needs a lot of maintenance. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices. The room furniture is outdated and the bed is out of support. The fresh air and environment is good. The staffs are friendly.

I'm happy with the hotel location but its safety is questionable. Firstly, there is only one lift which can be accessed from the garage unit next to the main entrance, which means anyone can just get to the lift without passing by the front desk. The lift also does not require door card so safety is a concern especially for solo travellers. It is easy to climb into the next unit's balcony, not only that, the room card also has the room number labelled on it which is also an unsafe practice... Not sure if other hotels in the area are also like this though

RROMAN SHAPIRO
AAngela Wong Mrs KangThe hotel is beautiful, historic and well maintained. Food and service quality is fantastic. I booked a luxury twin room with high ceilings and plenty of space. Built in 1922 with lush greens and floral garden right in front, antiques and > 2000 pcs of art work. It is giving Bridgeton vibes. Location is perfect yet gives you the tranquil and peace. Eateries, cafes, massages can be found next door too. My little dismay is really the room, it can be refreshed a little to help travellers feel at ease, consider making it warmer and brighter.
MM426287****The room was a bit small, but very clean. My room faced the street, and the balcony offered a beautiful spot for photos. The restaurant on the fourth floor also has windows that provide a lovely view of the city, perfect for pictures. You absolutely have to try the complimentary 30-minute massage – it was incredibly relaxing! Breakfast was quite rich, and most of the nearby attractions are within walking distance. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserBefore I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them.
The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had.
CHECK-IN
Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end.
FOOD:
The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally).
AMENITIES:
Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented.
Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good.
The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down.
Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.)
Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm!
*Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though!
Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!)
*Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it.
CHECK-OUT:
Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple.
All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
LlionprideHotel is beautiful and clean. Location is just by the fringe of city centre. Breakfast is different daily. Hotel staff is polite and nice.
Gym is nicely equipped.
GGuest UserCheck in was relatively fuss free although we arrived very late. The welcome drink seems to be self-service, we drank some the next day. You can ask for extra room cards. The buffet was quite good, everyday they make an effort to change up the menu although there are some staples for popular dishes. There is an egg station and a pho station. I appreciate the soya milk at the cereal station and the detox water and atiso tea at the drinks station. Yoghurt with fruits are a daily pick for myself. The salads change daily and are very fresh, I liked it. The hotel is very new, the beds very comfortable and it was interesting that they provided a bolster. The room is big and comfortable, I liked that the floor is not carpeted. They provided rubber slippers. There is free coffee and artichoke tea packets. The hot water at the shower is instantaneous and the water pressure is good. I liked that there is a rain shower. The dustbin in the toilet doesn't open up very well, but not much of an issue. Cleanliness can be improved in terms of picking up hairs, thee was a clump stuck behind the toilet door from before our stay. The cleaner also missed hairs on the chair and stains on the floor but I suspect those maybe cannot be removed. I didn't mind that much. The only negative point of the room was rhe sound of traffic, but I brought ear plugs. The staff was helpful and spoke good English, except for cleaning staff. I loved the driver servixe when we booked the one day service. It was for 1.4 mil for 8 hrs. I also used the gym, it is small but has weights, treadmill, a few multi purpose machines and cycling machines. Blinds can be drawn, the sun is quite strong in the morning. In terms of location, it is about 1 km from the lake. Normally I would say the location ia good, except that the traffic is quite scary when the pavements are not built well and there are motorbikes and buses parked on the pavements which makes it very challenging to walk to places. This is the same for a lot of places we visited. Even for a short distance we called a Grab. There was a decent pho place opposite and to the right of thr hotel and two vegetarian restaurants which we dined at. There was also a massage place nearby. We didn't use the hotel spa or dine at the restaurant although they gave us vouchers. It was more expensive in comparison.
EEverygeniaI love it. We had a chance to upgrade our room to premier (although only on the third day, but still, it was a great deal).
Good breakfast, and normally it is a buffet, but if there are too few guests, is it a la carte.
It is the best hotel around (we've checked a few nearby, and they are much worse (conditions of the rooms, beddings, etc)
Sometimes it was very difficult to communicate with some of the staff, even with a translator, and it feels like I was talking to the alien, so be patient))
MM.RomanchikA large hotel complex with swimming pools, a sauna, a hammam and its own infrastructure in the form of cafes, shops and coffee shops. Very convenient. Prices are slightly higher than in Mui Ne itself, but not critical. There is a private beach with sun loungers. The complex is located on a hill, you can go up to the reception directly on an escalator or an electric car. There is a private beach. The center of Mui Ne is about 20 km away. It is not convenient without a bike. With a bike, it is a pain to ride there) We stayed for 5 days. We really liked the room and the complex itself. Daily cleaning, a visit to the sauna was included in the price and the pools too. Beautiful view. Comfortable to sleep and you can't hear your neighbors. We had a good rest! The only thing is that when booking it was indicated that there was a mini kitchen, but in fact the stove did not work. We were unable to prepare a minimal breakfast. But for us it was not critical, we did not contact the staff about this.
AAmelya81This hotel is not by the sea, and certainly has no beach!
There's a friendly, Russian-speaking owner. The rooms are clean, and the staff is good. Daily housekeeping is provided.
The furniture in the rooms is a bit old, but there's everything you need. Towels and linens are clean.
Our room had a balcony facing the street, which was very noisy. The air conditioning was right above the bed, blowing air directly onto our heads.
The bed was uncomfortable.
The staircases and landings are very narrow, making it extremely inconvenient with luggage.
The breakfasts are sparse, but edible.
The pool is small but quite deep and clean. The sun loungers don't have mattresses, and there are no beach towels provided.
The internet connection is good everywhere. There are cafes and shops nearby.
MMr.CuaOnly VIP rooms have air conditioning, so those who are used to sleeping with air conditioning and do not book a VIP room will feel uncomfortable. In addition, the facilities are good and the staff is enthusiastic in taking care of guests.
