The hotel's service is absolutely top-notch, from the front office to all other services. The rooms are also comfortable, clean, and have direct access to Pakuwon Mall Bekasi. Even though there's no swimming pool, who cares? The other facilities are totally worth it and more than adequate.

The hotel breakfast is OK, quite clean, not particularly delicious, but it has everything you need. Overall it is very clean and I feel very good staying there, but the location is not particularly good.
