Since the time we arrived, we have been welcomed with incredible care and attention to our clients, which have made us feel special and cocktailed in every detail. The hotel is elegant and refined, with luxurious, warm and warm atmospheres, and the rooms are spacious, with a very small detail and a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing after a day in Dubai. Another strong point is certainly the quality of service: every staff member is very kind, available and ready to meet every need with a smile. It is rare to find such a high level of professionalism and at the same time of friendliness. The common areas, the pool and access to the private beach make the stay even more special, while the variety and quality of the indoor restaurants allow you to live a real culinary journey without even leaving the hotel. We can say without hesitation that this was the best hotel we have stayed in. "We were extremely satisfied with our stay! The food at the hotel's il caffe was fantastic. The waiter, Herry, was exceptionally warm and friendly, with a bright smile and attentive, meticulous service. He proactively refilled our coffee and explained the dishes, making us feel right at home. His service made breakfast a truly enjoyable experience. Highly recommended!"

"The hotel is located in a remote area, but it's right by the sea. It has a private beach and several swimming pools, and the environment is very clean. You can order a quarter of a watermelon to eat by the beach or poolside; the watermelon is incredibly sweet. The breakfast was quite good, and the rooftop restaurant has sea views, but the food is a bit salty. The front desk staff were very helpful."

"There are many choices for breakfast, the service is very good, there is a beach and a swimming pool, and the hotel also has several restaurants. It's about 20 minutes away from the city. I will come again next time, it's great!"

"Our check in time was 3:00 PM While we checked in past 5:00 PM, when we reached room, housekeeping was still inside cleaning The room was not ready 2 hrs past check in time? Upon booking I had requested happy birthday decoration and called reception, they said they will provide complimentary dessert, it was not there, and they did not bring it at all during our stay I called, they said it will come… but it didnt, they just brought fruits which we did not touch… much later after we checked in…. We had to call for our luggage too, it was delayed, it didnt reach after our check in, it seems they lost it…. Called back asking for luggage description The room was very hot when we walked in, and AC was malfunctioning… at times it was cool but most times it was hot… and we had to call for that too Overall, the hotel was beautiful, room was spacious, you can walk around endlessly in lobby and look around but you would not expect such hiccups to take place in such a high end and iconic hotel like Atlantis The Royal Things we did not like: - Room was still being cleaned 2 hours after check-in time - Birthday requests and promised complimentary dessert were not fulfilled - Delayed arrival of luggage - AC!!! Room too warm 💔 - Had to repeatedly call reception for basic requests"

"The newly opened hotel is fantastic in every way. The only downside is that the kids' club isn't as good as the beach hotel next door. The steak at the Italian restaurant on the ground floor is even better than the Australian steak. The best part is that all the hotels along Jumeirah Beach, including the Burj Al Arab and the Canal Hotel, offer free shuttle bus service."

The service was truly top-notch from the reception team to the concierge security and the pool staff, was incredibly warm, professional, and attentive. "The hotel was beautiful and the service was attentive. We took an Uber directly to the hotel, and a hotel staff member opened the door for us when we got out, but they didn't help us with our luggage, which was a bit of a drawback. The receptionist at check-in was very polite and even asked about our plans for the day; they were very friendly. Because we arrived early, the receptionist asked if we wanted to wait in the lobby, so we did. We saw a female server at the lobby coffee shop give us a cold shoulder because we hadn't ordered drinks. After our room was ready, we took a shower. Afterwards, we discovered the bathroom's waterproofing was poor; the outside of the toilet door was wet. The toilet design in this hotel is seriously flawed. Then, we noticed a floor-to-ceiling window in the toilet with only a semi-transparent curtain. Even with the curtain closed, we could still see into the toilet from the balcony. This means that even if you close all the doors and curtains, people in the opposite building can still see you completely when you come out of the bathroom to change clothes after showering. The privacy in this toilet design is practically zero. I was even worried that someone in the building across the street might be spying on me with binoculars or taking photos. I wouldn't mind being seen myself, but I was concerned about my girlfriend being seen or even photographed. Then we went up to the pool on the 30th floor of the hotel for photos; the view was beautiful. I guess the pool is the hotel's biggest (and only) highlight. It must be even more beautiful at night. However, the hotel facilities were small; there was only the pool, restaurant, bar, spa, and gym. I didn't see any other facilities. I felt there were better options at this price."
