The hotel doesn't provide disposable toiletries, so you need to bring your own. There are also no power adapters. The room is tiny, as expected for such a prime location, but its biggest advantage is the incredibly convenient transportation! Whether you take the A22 bus or the MTR, getting to and from the airport is a breeze. Just exit D2 from the MTR, and the hotel entrance is right across the street – very easy to find. The surrounding area feels very local, just like something out of a TVB drama. Within walking distance, you'll find all sorts of 'cha chaan tengs' (Hong Kong-style cafes), dessert shops, Wellcome supermarkets, and McDonald's. If you're going to a concert at Kai Tak, it's just one MTR stop to Sung Wong Toi! Super convenient~ The Klook ticket pickup point is also nearby, so if you're worried about crowds at the venue, you can pick up your tickets close to the hotel. All in all, it's a great choice if you're attending a concert at Kai Tak!!

The room was spacious, and the bathroom was particularly impressive with a spa-like feel and excellent water pressure. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options. The location is great, making it easy to get to the beach. It's a very versatile hotel, suitable for families, conferences, business travelers, and tour groups.
Staying here for second time. The room was a bit old and the curtain doesn’t work well but as a solo traveler, it was ok. The door is not well soundproof. I would prefer the first time I stayed here. However, with this price in HK, I would say I am still ok with overall experience.

Taking city bus A21 from the airport and getting off at the Hong Kong Science Museum stop, the hotel is just a 3-minute walk away. The transportation is incredibly convenient, and it's also not far from Tsim Sha Tsui, making getting around very easy. The room was neat and clean, with complete facilities. On the first day of my stay, I even received a large bottle of complimentary mineral water. Since my flight was in the evening, I left my luggage at the hotel when checking out, and the staff were very helpful, providing assistance and even transportation suggestions. It was a very thoughtful experience. Next time I visit Hong Kong, I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended!
Facilities: The hotel facilities are complete.
Hygiene: Neat and clean, and it's a smoke-free environment.
Environment: The environment is excellent, and it's convenient for getting around.
Service: The staff are warm, attentive, and provide excellent service.

They upgraded us to a sea-view room for free since there weren't many guests, and it looked exactly like the photos. Considering the price of 729 (including tax) for such a spacious room, it was quite good, especially compared to the cramped rooms with one-meter beds in Mong Kok and Tsim Sha Tsui that cost almost 1000. It's a bit of a walk, about 10 minutes from the MTR station, but it's still convenient for getting around. Overall, very satisfied.

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing! At first, I spoke English, but when they realized I was Chinese, they switched to speaking with me in Mandarin, and there was no hint of discrimination whatsoever. They even upgraded me to a sea-view suite, which was incredibly thoughtful! I was able to store my luggage at the hotel on both the first and second days, which was a huge help since finding luggage storage in Hong Kong can be tricky. After checking out, I realized I'd left my umbrella in the room, but the front desk was super helpful and immediately sent someone to retrieve it. What's more, when they brought it back, they had neatly folded it (I had just left it on the floor). This is truly an excellent hotel; their service surpasses even five-star establishments.

The location is the best thing about this place. It's super close to Sogo and Hysan Place, so it's really convenient for shopping and finding food.
The staff here are actually very nice and helpful, which I appreciated. As for the room, it's exactly what the name says-”mini.” It's very small (basically just a bed and a tiny bathroom), so don't bring big suitcases.
The main issue is the soundproofing. It's pretty bad -you can hear people talking in the hallway and the doors slamming quite clearly.

The location is incredibly convenient. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station and the A21 bus stop for the airport, which saved us a lot of travel time. The short walk also meant we didn't get caught in the rain when we left. There are countless amazing local eateries nearby, including tea restaurants, dessert shops, and roast goose – we just wished we had more time to try everything!
I was mentally prepared for the hotel's facilities to be a bit old, but I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. While not new, the room was quite spacious, the linens were very clean, and the water pressure was excellent. The only minor issue was the shower faucet – the tap and shower head both ran at the same time, which felt a bit wasteful.
Overall, it's conveniently located, quiet, and offers great value for money. We had a wonderful three-day trip to Hong Kong with our child and would definitely consider staying here again.

This hotel is decent. Even though it opened in 2009, the facilities are still in good condition and don't feel old. The room size is ample; there's enough space for two people and two suitcases without feeling cramped. The bed is a bit on the small side; it's fine for someone around 160cm tall, but taller people might find it too short.
**Location:** It's close to the Kai Tak venue, about a ten-minute walk, which is super convenient for concerts as you don't have to deal with crowded subways. Sung Wong Toi MTR station is also about a ten-minute walk, and there's a bus stop downstairs.
**Hygiene:** Good, the sink in my room wasn't tiny this time.
**Power:** You'll need a universal adapter. There's only one outlet at the desk, but there are more behind the bedside table – you just have to move the table a bit to access them.
**Food & Drink:** There's a dim sum restaurant downstairs, and several local 'cha chaan tengs' (Hong Kong-style cafes) nearby. The food at all of them is good, no duds. Just be aware that some only accept cash or WeChat/Alipay, but not Octopus card.
The hotel also offers a shuttle service to Tsim Sha Tsui East and West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for future concerts.
**P.S.:** The hotel doesn't provide free bottled water. The 370ml bottles they sell for HKD 5 are not worth it. You can buy larger bottles of Vita distilled water for HKD 2 at nearby pharmacies or local convenience stores.

Room Environment: My 'premium room' with frosted, non-opening windows turned out to be a 'cemetery view room' or 'mountain view room,' right next to the Hong Kong Cemetery. It was surprisingly quiet though. I imagine a city view room might be a bit noisy since it's by an elevated highway.
Cleanliness: Not great. I felt like the countertops weren't wiped down, there were water stains everywhere, and I even found a long hair from a previous guest on the wall.
Facilities: Besides the disposable toiletries, they provide basic amenities like a fridge, hairdryer, makeup mirror, kettle, and even hand soap and body lotion. However, everything is quite old; even the plastic cups had scratches on the inside. On the bright side, there's a free pinball machine downstairs which was pretty fun.
Service: The front desk staff were okay, and they spoke Mandarin which was helpful. You have to buy toiletries yourself from a vending machine downstairs, and there's no water dispenser in the room; you have to get water from one in the hallway. If your room is near the dispenser, you'll definitely hear people filling their bottles.
Value for Money: If it were around 500 RMB, a cemetery view room would be great value. But I booked three weeks in advance for over 700 RMB, and it was non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and I couldn't even change the guest name. Then, closer to the May Day holiday, the price was practically cut in half! So, keep an eye on the pricing when you book.

YYishuTraveling with my elderly parents and young child, I chose this hotel for a more comfortable stay. The beds were spacious enough (I booked two queen-sized beds, 1.5m wide each), and the amenities were comprehensive (free WiFi, USB charging ports). The room offered a great view directly facing the sea. Although it's a bit far from the city center, the price was very reasonable, and they even offer a shuttle service to and from Tsuen Wan MTR station, making transportation quite convenient. The breakfast was also delicious, with three set menus (A, B, C) to choose from, and complimentary self-service beverages like coffee, milk, and orange juice. A tip: it's much cheaper to book breakfast at the front desk upon check-in, and you'll save on service charges too!
GGuest UserLet's start with the positives:
1. The hotel environment is beautiful.
2. The hotel rooms are spacious.
3. The hotel rooms are bright.
4. The staff's attitude is good.
Now for the downsides:
1. There was a constant buzzing noise in the room. We turned off the air conditioning, but the noise persisted. I'm not sure what the source was.
2. When I booked, it said the reservation included breakfast for two. However, at mealtime, we were told that breakfast wasn't included at all, not even for one person. Even after showing them the order details, we were still told we needed to wait for it to be processed. Then we were pulled aside for several minutes, which was incredibly awkward! Finally, someone who seemed like a manager let us in. Being pulled aside and waiting those few minutes was super embarrassing! I'm not sure if this was an oversight by the check-in staff or some other issue, but I hope such problems can be reduced in the future.
AAnonymous UserFirst time here, stayed on the executive floor, and overall I was quite satisfied. The front desk service was excellent; there was a young man whose Mandarin was clear and fluent, and he was very warm and attentive. He processed our early check-in, introduced the hotel's free shuttle bus, and even lent us a universal adapter. I think his name was A**son – I made a note of it at the time, but I've forgotten half of it since… A special shout-out to him! (May 2nd)
The downside is that the hotel was too cold… The central air conditioning couldn't be turned off, and the fan was noisy at night.
Also, I hope the executive lounge adds more staff who can speak Mandarin.

GGuest UserThis was my second stay at Kerry Hotel, and after a great first experience, this one really soured my impression. I've stayed in many star-rated hotels, and it's quite common for staff to help bring a cup of coffee to the table during breakfast. Here, however, my request was denied, and I was vaguely told where the coffee machine was. Being denied isn't the issue; what's laughable is that immediately after I was refused, another staff member agreed to get coffee for the girl at the next table! So, does your hotel staff discriminate based on who you are? When I checked out, the doorman seemed enthusiastic about helping with my luggage, but only took it to the car's trunk. As soon as the driver got out, he just walked away, even prompting the local driver to complain about the hotel's terrible service! Moving luggage to the trunk is part of their job. For thousands a night, you'd expect better service! If you want to earn money from mainland guests, stop treating them differently.
GGuest UserPanda hotel Tsuen Wan HK, one of the most worth what you pay for hotels in HK, the room is quite big for HK space standards and the hotel access to restaurants and transportation iwas easily accessible with buses right outside the vicinity and a brisk walk going to mtr tai wo hau station, it is on red line mtr and accessible going to sham shui po, yau ma tei, jordan, mongkok and interchange mtr lines. inside and outside the hotel vicinity there were a lot of food options and Aeon grocery on B3-B1 floors of the Panda hotel. i would deifinitely recommend this hotel gor your future travel accomodations in HK. the check out process was also fast and theres also money changer in the front desk of the hotel. you may also opt to purchase their breakfast or try to look for other options inside the hotel or outside the hotel. it was a great accomodation experience in Panda hotel and till next time again.

JJiejieaihuihuiThis place is great for families with kids. There's a beach nearby where children can play for hours, but remember to use insect repellent. There's also a mall close by, perfect for dining, coffee, and enjoying the sea view! The hotel facilities are a bit dated, and the lighting isn't great, but the staff are very courteous and the service is excellent. I misplaced a piece of luggage and it was delivered to the hotel the next day. I couldn't make calls at Disneyland, but they promptly replied to my email confirming the luggage had arrived, which was a huge relief.
GGuest UserThe environment here is great; you can swim and work out. Russ Coffee and 7-Eleven are right downstairs, and there's a beautiful sea view with a small beach. It's also conveniently located not far from other parts of Discovery Bay.
They offer a shuttle bus to Disneyland. The only downside was that I left my earphones on the bed when I checked out in the morning. When I returned from Disneyland in the afternoon to pick up my luggage, the hotel didn't inform me about finding them. I had to travel an hour from Kowloon the next day to retrieve them (due to a public holiday, SF Express had delays in collection and delivery, so I had to go in person).
GGuest UserStayed for 5 nights over 6 days with my child (two separate bookings). The front desk upgraded our room for a reasonable additional charge, and the room was quite spacious, especially for Hong Kong standards. The hotel is very convenient for dining and getting around. Plus, just across the road, there's a riverside park perfect for morning and evening strolls, offering great air quality. Shatin New Town Plaza is only about a 10-minute walk away, making shopping and dining very convenient. Overall, it was a very good value-for-money hotel for this trip.
GGangaodarenThis was my second stay, and it was excellent. The hotel is very close to the subway station, and all the staff are very polite. This time I stayed in room 1513, which had two windows and was very bright. The hotel really pays attention to details; the shower head holder is longer than in most hotels, which helps to secure the shower head better. They also offer both firm and soft pillows. The only thing that could be improved was the Wi-Fi password for this room. I tried connecting several times, and it kept saying the password was incorrect. After calling to verify, I found out the second character of the password was a capital 'I' instead of a lowercase 'l', but on my phone, they looked identical. I don't think I'm the only guest who would make this mistake. Instead of having guests call to verify, it would be better to use a password that's less prone to such confusion.
