Superbe hôtel, très facile d'accès à la sortie de l'autoroute.
Parking surveillé !
Chambre rien à redire !
Wifi impeccable.
Petit déjeuner très copieux et très diversifié.
Personnel très accueillant
The hotel is located on the cliff and the coast, with a quiet environment. The sea view room faces Mount Vesuvius, which is refreshing! The lights of the bay in the distance at night are even more romantic!
Facilities: There is a swimming pool, but it is not open in winter. For people traveling on business, the room lacks desks and stools, making it a bit inconvenient to work.
Hygiene: Clean and the sanitation staff are very responsible. There is no bathtub and the shower room is very small.
Environment: Not too far from attractions and urban areas, the surroundings are quiet and there are no Chinese restaurants around.
Service: Front desk and restaurant staff are very friendly.
The hotel is a four-star building from the 1950s. The room size cannot be changed, but it is well maintained and the breakfast is also very good. The most important thing is that it is very close to the World Cultural Heritage Caserta Palace, a five-minute walk, which is great 😄

I don’t have enough words to describe my stay. I truly didn’t feel like I was in a hostel—it felt like home. The hostel has everything you could need: a perfectly clean gym, a well-equipped kitchen, and excellent facilities overall. Everything is comfortable and well maintained.
The staff are incredibly friendly, especially the front desk team. The manager name I unfortunately forgot, was very kind and took the time to explain everything clearly when I had an issue in the kitchen.
There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. I highly recommend this hostel and would definitely stay here again
Posizione ottima. Accoglienza e celerità nel check in e check out. Personale front desk gentile e disponibile. Camera e bagno puliti. Letto confortevole. Asciugacapelli non funzionante: unico piccolo problema. Per i resto tutto molto bene
Classroom with private terrace,

Grand lit double confortable

A silent night
In contrast, the breakfast is completely only with sugar without hot drink and the friendly limit servers.
The campsite is located about a couple of kilometers from Sorrento and to reach the center there is a very convenient shuttle service at a cost of €2 per trip.
The panoramic view is very beautiful, inside the campsite there is a bar restaurant pizzeria, a market and a swimming pool, it is possible to reach the small beach within a 10 minute walk.
Inside the campsite you do not pay in cash, but with a card.
I went to the restaurant ordering take-away pizza and I must say that it was excellent as were the croissants I had for breakfast at the bar.
I had a fantastic stay at Grand Hotel Aminta! The rooms were spotless, the staff was incredibly Professional, friendly, and the amenities were top-notch. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We got very beautiful Mountain view from our Room. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting!!”
Generally speaking, the hotel is not too high in terms of location and cost performance, and the reservation for this trip is seriously inconsistent with the reservation description. The triple room is just two beds in an ordinary standard room, and it is OK to bring children. After negotiating with the hotel, They said that this is Ctrip’s tagging error, and it has nothing to do with them. There is nothing to do. Fortunately, Ctrip is also positive about the matter and handles it properly, and it doesn’t affect the mood too much.

Very Good
GGuest UserEverything was excellent from start to finish. The staff were extremely kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The location is simply unbeatable, offering breathtaking views right from the hotel. A special mention goes to the stunning saltwater pool – spacious, clean, and perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Truly an unforgettable stay, highly recommended.
AAngelaHotel itself is pretty standard as what you would expect from any big chain hotels, but service was definitely not up to par. We were told there would be valet service - there was none. The bus boys just told us to park ourselves. FINE. Then after I've checked in I asked if the luggage will be sent up to our room - reception then asked if I got a luggage ticket to which I told him we weren't given anything. The bus boys just stood around the entrance. He said they would be sent up shortly but given how they were just standing around we just took our luggage ourselves - mind you I am 6 months pregnant and obviously so but they did not offer any help. Once we got to our room the air conditioning was not working - we kept dialing it down but there was no air. Amazing to find out the AC wasn't working for the price we paid. The room is stuffy and even the hallway was cooler. Also during our stay there was conference - we were given a room on the same floor as conference participants and as expected they were loud and rowdy at night. We could hear them talking in the hallway at night when we called reception they said there was nothing they can do. So very helpful. Upon check out, the same bus boy stood around while watching a pregnant lady wheel 4 pieces of luggage out. I really just wonder what they do other than standing around all day hanging in the shade. Service is terrible here and I've had better service at small boutique or family run hotels than here. The only upside to this stay was that the rooms are spacious and clean and that's about it.
BBrandyhuaThis hotel is super convenient, really close to Castel dell'Ovo, making it a great choice for both business trips and leisure travel. As a chain hotel, you can always count on their reliable service. I'll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it. Plus, it's really close to the airport, just a few minutes away!

GGuest UserHotel location is brilliant if you want to be close to the Central Station to travel to Pompeii, Herculaneum, Royal Palace, etc as this covered the main line, regional and Metro lines. Any concerns around the area being dodgy were soon dispelled as a Police car and soldiers were always close by. The Hotel was clean, the bed comfortable and staff friendly.
The downsides were really around the restaurant. The evening meal menu was fussy and would not be suitable for families. That said, the location was great as there were lots of good restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The breakfast provided was fairly limited and even though an extra charge was applicable to porridge and other cooked foods, every time I asked for porridge, I was advised that 'it was not possible'. I believe that the hotel should not be charging for these extras, and they should provide what they include on their menus!
GGuest UserThe hotel is incredibly grand, and we were very pleased with the staff’s courteousness; they were incredibly helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed. Our room had lovely amenities, and our breakfast was, similarly, very nice. Overall, for the price, we recommend it, since everything was very orderly, and we enjoyed our time, as guests in the Palazzo Caracciolo.

GGuest UserHi,
We were upgraded to their next door hotel.
Location is quite close (1 metro station to Garibaldi or Napoli Centrale) but the area is quite dirty and felt unsafe.
Hotel room was super clean and facilities were top notch and good value for money. We had breakfast included but we had to leave early morning so didn't take the breakfast.
The main complaint I had was: They kept us waiting telling us that room will be ready in 5 min but took more than 1 hour. Granted we arrived at 12 and we were ready to drop the bag in the storage but they kept on telling will be in 5-10 min. It took them like 75 min to get the room ready. When I confronted them, they were quite unapologetic about it and in fact they were telling that they are doing a favour...
Overall:
Good hotel, good facilities.
Staff was unhelpful and area was dirty.

BBehruzThis hotel is truly amazing! It features a very modern design while being nestled within an older building. The room was stylish, comfortable, and chic. Its location is perfect, situated in the heart of everything—restaurants, shopping, and historical sites are all nearby.
What really stood out to me were the people and the exceptional service. They went out of their way to make me feel at home and comfortable. I will definitely be returning!
