The staff said they needed to wait for a repairman, but the next day they claimed they couldn't find one. They offered to move me to a downgraded standard room, which I, of course, refused. After that, there was no further follow-up. 😡 Also, too many tour groups stay here, so there was no seating available for breakfast, and I had to sit at the bar. 🙄

Stayed here with last min booking. My rooms was too hot that time so I just open the window. For those whi want to stay here I suggest prepare small cabin lugggage instead of bring all the lugggae to the room if you got the 1st floor room. Great place to stay if you decided to head up to the northern cape. Also it is a 15 mins drive to a view point to see the northern light. Also a 10 mins drive to the town for food. FYI: road to north cape will be closed if weather condition is bad, so cater more than 1 night here if you really want to go up to the north cape in winter.
