The Ritz-Carlton, Berlin ⭐ 9/10 💰 Value for money: 10/10 A refined luxury hotel in an exceptional Potsdamer Platz location. The rooms are generously sized at approximately 40 sqm, perfectly proportioned, with an interior executed to near perfection. The atmosphere is calm and composed, and the service is polished, discreet, and highly professional. Luxury hospitality is ultimately remembered less by rules than by judgment and generosity. When pricing or policies feel disproportionate, the moment lingers longer than the gesture itself—and guests inevitably carry that memory forward. A more flexible approach would have elevated an otherwise outstanding experience. An exceptional hotel overall, offering remarkable value within its category.

My room only had one chair and no sofa. If two people were staying or if I had a visitor, would the other person just sit on the bed? Or the floor? The breakfast was great though, and the restaurant service was good too.

Wonderful hotel with great rooms, very stylish and good facilities. The breakfast is great, in the evening there is a DJ in the courtyard and the service and attentiveness of the staff is very good. The Stue is fully recommended and we would be happy to come back next time we are in Berlin.

The bed in this room category was incredibly soft. I suspect it's quite old, as I just sank into it completely, offering absolutely no proper support. I had a terribly uncomfortable night and barely slept at all. I had expected the bedding to be similar to the Marriott in Copenhagen, but this particular bed at the German Marriott was surprisingly uncomfortable. It was nowhere near as comfortable as the twin room I stayed in the following day.

My stay at the Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof was simply outstanding. From the moment you step into the hotel, you feel that special blend of elegance, tranquility, and warmth that immediately makes you feel at home. The rooms are stylish, modern, and thoughtfully designed down to the last detail – spacious, incredibly clean, and equipped with every comfort imaginable. I was particularly impressed by how quiet it was despite the central location – a true luxury in Berlin. The staff deserves special praise: attentive, professional, and always genuinely friendly. You don't feel like just one guest among many, but truly welcome and valued. The breakfast is a real highlight – a wide selection, excellent quality, and everything beautifully presented. The spa and pool area also invites relaxation and perfectly completes the overall experience. The location couldn't be better: central yet pleasantly quiet, with short distances to many sights and shopping opportunities. In short: A hotel that impresses in every way and makes the stay something special. I will definitely be back.

Fantastic hotel and great rooms. Best breakfast and beautiful spa gym swimming area. A bit pricey specially at exhibition times.

Despite the great location, I cannot recommend this hotel. It falls far short of InterContinental’s five-star standards. My room was poorly maintained, with uncomfortable, gritty bedding and lackluster housekeeping that failed to clean basic items like a used tea cup or tidy the room while I was out. It felt more like a two-star establishment than a luxury hotel. I am extremely disappointed with the service and strongly urge management to take immediate action.

Located in an extremely central location, just a one-minute walk from Berlin's luxury shopping street, Kurfürstendamm, Hotel Bristol offers a wide range of recreational facilities, including an indoor pool, sauna, and 24-hour fitness club, as well as a large conference space totaling 1,035 square meters and comprehensive business support systems. This luxury hotel combines tradition and functionality to provide the perfect environment for tourists, as well as for hosting international business events and executive stays.

The hotel is far from Berlin C. You have to take the U-Bahn almost all the way to the Olympic Stadium. The area is nice with nice restaurants and shopping in the area. One receptionist seemed almost offended that we had gotten the stay so cheap. A man with a small moustache, was offended but otherwise all the staff were friendly. There was a small mini fridge in the room for their mini bar The pool costs 6 euros per person per day to use and it is very small. Breakfast at the hotel was a nice buffet where nothing was missing. Pleasant service. Edeka and REWE are close by, along with Rossmann. And you can eat well in the area at the fast food place, where a pizza costs about 10 euros and a doner 8 euros

Wir waren für eine Nacht im centrovital Hotel Berlin. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist üppig und gibt auch viele vegetarische Optionen. Der Spa Bereich bietet außer den Pools auch 5 Saunen (letzte befindet sichauf der Dachterrasse), ein Dampfbad, eine Eishöhle und ein Tauchbecken zum abkühlen. Leider ist es gemischt. Sogar der Ruheraum. Massagen sollte man im Voraus buchen, da über das Wochenende meist alle Termine bereits vergeben sind. Hotelgäste können den Spa und Fitness Bereich kostenfrei nutzen, sonst gibt es auch die Möglichkeit stundenweise Eintritt zu buchen oder auch eine Tageskarte zu kaufen.
