Excellent stay at this brand new establishment! . The rooms were wonderful and spacious offering a Cozy bed was also a huge plus!! . The staff was highly efficient, accommodating and true examples of exceptional service. . The food was ok. We didn't experience the breakfast buffet since there were very few guest, so this was totally understandable. They didn't miss ANYTHING on this one and spared not one amenity. From energy efficiency, luxury accommodations and beautiful decor. I recommend Sama for your visit to Almadies Dakar.

I had a problem with my visa when arriving at the airport so I was not able to left the customs/airport and I informed the hotel, and they refused to help me to cancel the reservation which was just for 1 night due to connecting flights. Then no support for the customers so will not consider this hotel for other occassiobs

This is the second time staying at this hotel , it’s a good clean place to stay with a certain charm . I think it’s run by a French family. Convenient location and a nice restaurant on the roof for dinners, I highly recommend this place

Nice hotel and good breakfast. The price is very high in Dakar. It is also very close to the Dakar wholesale market, and it is very good to live here for business travel.

Amazing hotel. Clean, big room size. Hotel staff was kind. Hotel is 15mins away from the proper down town area. Hotel should give more water, at check in only gave 1 bottle. And the next day didn’t put a new bottle.

The hotel is surrounded by the sea on three sides, and it is very good for vacation and leisure. You can see the sun rising on the Atlantic Ocean... There are a lot of eagles here. Whether hovering, swooping or perching, eagles will make you remember them with a special call. The service is very good, the breakfast provided by the hotel is very good, the pool is also very good, the service is great

Booked a room for two people for 5 nights. Room looked neat: clean, AC, TV and safe worked fine The left window could be closed but not locked Bathroom: - However, there was a lot of mold in the joints of the tiles in the shower room - the sink was virtually clogged - There was a tear in the shower 'curtain' that had been patched. Service: was bizarre People at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful Problem: it was booked for two people, but only one bath towel, one cup and one glass were provided (with kettle) I later received the t****e bath towel after asking at reception. Unfortunately, the first three days I went back to reception 8 (!) times to get a t****th cup and t****th glass. It was always promised that we would get them. There was also a call in my presence to come through and bring a cup and glass. I put a note next to one cup asking for a second cup and a second glass. It's not a disaster, but you shouldn't pretend to be a 4-star hotel with such service! The room, bathroom and service are more consistent with a 2 or 3 star hotel. The buffet breakfast (over 12 euros per person) was appropriate for a 4 star hotel and was excellent. Upon arrival we were told breakfast was included. When I asked them the next day if they wanted to check this again, so that I wouldn't suddenly have to pay an extra 120 Euro at the end, they could no longer find my booking. They would search further. The next morning I received a call that breakfast was not included after all! (We had received the trip as a gift and didn't know if breakfast was included) All in all, great location, friendly, helpful people at reception, but apart from a good breakfast, it is at most a 3-star room that needs maintenance

The reception building is above the ground, the guest rooms are below the ground, and the sea view room is developed on the cliff. There are airport buses that run every 2 hours. But it's not free. One bus costs 20,000 West African CFA francs, and the other 35,000. We leave at 5 o'clock and drive to the international airport for one hour. I don't know how much it costs to get to the airport. Turn right out of the gate 100 meters and there is a shopping center with a market operation inside, and there are boxed lunches and grilled chicken for sale.

Because there is no standard room on the Internet, 2 people are booked, and the bed room is double. After talking to the front desk, the front desk took the initiative to change the standard room, very embarrassing, hourly airport bus. Surrounding packages, there is nothing at the moment. There is only one large international conference center, but there is no one, and there is a building that is decorated. According to the map of Gaode, there is a place to shop in the west. Walking on foot, I found it to be an industrial park and there was nothing. On the way back, if it was not a security reminder, I almost stepped on a gray ash. Can only be said to be an option for overnight stays when going to the airport. If there is plenty of time, it is recommended to live in the city. Then spit it out at high speed. The DSS airport is on the east side, but it needs to go up to the west at a high speed to turn to the east, about 20 minutes back and forth, and about 35 minutes to the airport. The buffet XOF17500 is eaten at night.
