Clean and well kept property. Though, it does not have a washing machine as stated in the description on make my trip. Paid almost 100- per piece of laundry that i am still discussing with the property owner. Location is nice. Good food as well. 3-4 big dogs on the property.

The rooms are new and clean. The quality standards are maintained to the highest.The help desk and maintenance staff are polite and helpful throughout the stay. Had some good time spent in the roof top bar and restaurant.Free Breakfast has decent items coverage and nice.Rooms are equipped with soft drinks , chocolates and snacks which you can you utillise and pay while checkout. Overall it's a pleasant stay and quite refreshing.highly recommend.

I had a pleasant stay at mannars residency in mysore. The room was neat, clean, and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable experience. The bathroom was also clean and functional, though a more modern touch in terms of fittings and design would enhance the overall feel. The addition of a tv unit was appreciated, but a slightly upgraded entertainment setup and provision of some basic snacks or refreshments in the room would have made the stay even better. Overall, it’s a good value-for-money option for a short stay, with scope for minor improvements to elevate the guest experience.

MMasterOur booking was initially denied by the property holder. We had a lot of struggle getting it clarified that we booked from trip.com and already paid for it and got the room hours later.

GGuest UserI visited Bangalore for the first time and stayed at Compact tea square, the experience was not just great but the staff and Mr Indronil are so hospitable and the breakfast that they provided was also really delicious. The only thing that bothered me was the water problem in the washroom but that was also manageable. Great Location as it was a walking distance from my office. I would love to come again in Feb for my next business trip.

GGuest UserThis hotel is property of runs group. Murudeshwar island has two properties- runs residency and runs guesthouse. Residency is a star hotel in premium range while gueshouse is moderately priced. Both the properties has great location, very closer to the tall shiva statue. I stayed in property named natraj in the guesthouse. The room was spacious with 2 chairs and additional space for extra mattress. It has both sea view at the back (glass, and not balcony) and statue view from the front door gallery. Service was poor as there was no room service, took time at reception to check in and allocate room. No extra sachet of mil powder for tea and bottled water was provided even when we offered to pay extra. Very slow room service. Tea service/cafe starts from morning 7:30 and breakfast timing is 8am to 10am.
