On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, 5 km from the lake, in the countryside, in the woods. For shared use: property 1 ha (fenced), well-kept garden plants and trees, meadow 4'000 m2 (fenced), pond, swimming pool (above ground) round (5 m diameter, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Sep.).
