Canary Bunglow is a charming little family-run set of units + restaurant down an alley between the main road towards Dương Đông and Long Beach, Phú Quốc. A highlight here is no doubt the friendly staff/owners who run the joint. Warm smiles, lots of personal care, and effective customer service. A few examples: I booked a 3 person room but had 4 people (oops - my bad) however they threw in an extra breakfast each day for my son for free, and another, my kids got free bookmark souvenirs on departure. Very sweet. I’m happy to support these kinds of places (over the mega corporation chain resorts) as it’s clear a lot of love goes into it. It really is a “family atmosphere” at this place. And they all work so well together; sit back and marvel at the well-oiled machine at work during a busy dinner shift. The rooms themselves are simple - just a room with beds and a bathroom. Nothing flashy there but they do the job. A green garden corridor runs between the centre of the units, lush with pot plants and colourful lights at night. One minor gripe is that the left hand rooms are adjacent to an alley which can get a little noisy at night with loud voices, dog barking, and scooter honking. Your standard Vietnam nightly orchestra really though. And speaking of dogs, the owners have a couple of playful pups which cavort around the units and restaurant all day - something to be aware of if you’ve got kids unused to curious dogs who like to get up close and personal. It’s a short 100m walk to the beach or up to the main road in the opposite direction, so there is plenty to do, see, and eat around the area. Not that you need to go far for good food - their restaurant has some tasty, unique options available (check out the coconut ice cream). The included breakfast isn't a buffet though and the menu and portions are spartan, so my advice would be to get a cheaper non-breakfast-included room option and check out other options around the area for breakfast. Overall - a comfortable, friendly stay for my family and I which certainly ticked a lot of boxes.

Good place for the price. Each room has a separate entrance from the terrace; on the third floor, rooms without a balcony have enough daylight. There are chairs and tables on the terrace where you can sit. The room is cramped, but clean. The air conditioner cools well, the refrigerator too. Linen and towels are white. The bed is soft. A bottle of water is provided. There is no elevator, the owner helps you carry your suitcase. To get to the beach, you need to go back to the main road, turn left and then left again. The disadvantage is poor sound insulation, although overall the place is quiet. From about 4 in the morning you can hear roosters, if they are cleaning in the next room and moving a chair, you can also hear them, as well as talking on the phone. I decided not to extend my stay because I had to work and the table by the mirror was too small and low. Well, in general the renovation is a little worn out.

Paradise like little bungalows. There is a lot of privacy and I had a very relaxing stay here. It is indeed far away from a lot of places but they rent out scooters

This is a pleasant experience. The hotel room is big enough, there is an elevator, clean and tidy, and it is still a sea view room. Mr. Chen of the hotel speaks Chinese and is happy to help at any time. The hotel is right next to the night market. Eating is very convenient. It was a pleasant experience. The hotel room is comparatively big, with an elevator, it is clean and tidy, also a sea view room. Mr. Chen of the hotel is always willing to help. The hotel is next to the night market. It is convenient to have meals or any kind of drinks.

Long Beach
The hotel has been 7 days stayed. Living as in the family, the hosts are very friendly and attentive. Location is magnificent! Beach is 5 minutes walk, King-Kong store is across the road. Cleaning is done carefully, everywhere clean and comfortable. Water for drinking in the cooler is constantly free. We stayed very happy.

Excellent option. Just a few meters to the beach, the room is huge, the bathroom is separated. Inside is good new equipment, practically noisy inverted air conditioner. They issue beach towels in any amount. The room is one King Size bed, the second Queen Size bed and the extra bed. There are many restaurants and a good supermarket near the highway. You can get from the airport by bus 17 and 19 (before stop three minutes walk). From the highway to the hotel there is a good, flat, new road. Price-quality is higher than any praise, in Phuket such a accommodation would be three times the minimum. The only serious shortcoming is that there is no generator in housing, and the blackouts in Fukuoka are not rare (in 20 days we found 2 times). Total, I can only recommend. How many we have seen envy views of tourists who need to go half an hour, or even go to the hotel when we came to our room 30 meters from the beach.

Great stay here! The bungalows are very comfortable, the place is very peaceful and the owner Thi is very welcoming. He is also a very good cook, we loved his meals. Bikes and scooters are also available if you want to move in the island. Highly recommended!

The trip was from Coral Trevel. The hotel liked it. The staff is very responsive, ready to help immediately on each issue.Breakfast is normal. There is a kitchen, if you want, you can cook something. We were two and settled in a room for four.Cleaning every day, but such a ”light.” Wash the floors, wash the toilet, lay the beds and everything. The pool is small but very nice. Swimming is allowed and at night. The hotel liked. When you left the hotel to the airport, the administrator gave us masks to protect us at the airport. Thanks for her care. And here with the beach - BEDA. Those who write that to the beach 7-10 min. through the building, forget !! The building is over, there is a security and does not let anyone. A little further there is a road to the beach, but there have put security. Therefore only the city beach remains, far away.Ledgers on this beach at 450 rubles.True if you go a little further, that is a small cafe, they have a lie can take if you buy something. Beer, cocktail, juice. But it needs to be known. We only learned about it three days later. And thanks to the good people, they advised, because there is no information about it.Why Coral doesn't give any information about the beach ?The hotel guide of the Dilara doesn't even know about this beach. She offered us to take a taxi to some beach. Normal ? So the beach is the main problem.Overall we liked it.If there weren't a beach, we would have come back here again.
