I stayed at Bbcasita - Bed and Breakfast - Hostel and unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The listing says it was renovated in 2024, but that’s simply not true. The place is run-down and extremely dirty—honestly, one of the dirtiest accommodations I’ve ever seen. It felt completely misrepresented. The only good thing about this place is the staff. They were kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which made the experience slightly more bearable. But even with their amazing attitude, it doesn’t make up for the state of the property. Bottom line: it is absolutely not worth the price. For what you’re paying, you can find far better and cleaner options.

Quite good hostel. Very good crew. Nice, welcoming and kind reception and housekeeping members. Nothing negative to note. Kitchen is well equipped, and beds have curtains for privacy, an electric outlet to charge the phone or whatever else one needs, and also a light. Rooms also have air conditioner and a fan. Very well structured. And there's a nice hangout or eating area, with a view to the outside. Even a smokers area, although I don't smoke.

This is the third hostel I stayed in in Santiago and it was by far my favorite! The staff is super friendly and helpful. A special shoutout to Cristian who goes beyond for the customers and makes you feel right at home. I can’t thank him enough for all his support! Apart from that the facilities are great, beds are comfortable and the social areas are nice!

It's easy to find in a dead end alley. There's a wall outside showing you how to get there. The kitchen is quite complete, the bathroom facilities are clean, and the cleaning staff is very conscientious. The public space is also large, and it's very relaxing to sit there. The staff are also very friendly.

It may be a little inconvenient to have heavy things because it walks about 10 minutes from the subway. The garden and poolside are cozy. Some of the staff are friendly. It is difficult to use the cleaning around the water from early morning. The customer layer becomes cheap.

Hotel très sympa, bien placé en mode auberge donc bonne ambiance. Personnel gentil, réactif. Dommage il faisait un peu froid dans la chambre mais pour une nuit pas de soucis

Отличное расположение: тихое место, поблизости большой супермаркет, кофейня с вкусным кофе. На метро легко добраться до главных достопримечательностей. До парка Санта Лусия можно прогуляться пешком, минут за 30-35. Удобная кровать, чистое постельное белье. Одно из немногих мест в Латинской Америке, где ничто и никто не мешали спать. Чарли - отличный хозяин. Помог с картой для общественного транспорта, разрешил оставить сумки. И просто интересный собеседник.:)

Reception is all friendly. And everyone who stayed at the hostel is nice and friendly It's amazing ㅎㅎ South Korea is summer, Chile is winter It's not cold compared to Korean winter. It's cold at night because there's no heating. It's a good place to overcome this and that
